Objectives: To investigate the effect of direct percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI)combined with intracoronary thrombolysis on coronary blood flow in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods: This experiment was a prospective study,85 patients with STEMI treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2019 to August 2020 were divided into three groups:intracoronary thrombolysis group(n = 23),thrombus aspiration group(n =34)and balloon dilatation group(n = 28).The corrected TIMI frames(CTFC)were compared among the three groups. Results: the CTFC of intracoronary thrombolysis group was lower than that of thrombus aspiration group and balloon dilatation group after PCI.The analysis of variance showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).SNK test showed that the intracoronary thrombolysis group and thrombus aspiration group were not in the same column, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Taking CTFC as dependent variable and other indexes as independent variables,Pearson correlation analysis showed that CTFC was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose(r=0.235,P=0.030),and negatively correlated with diastolic blood pressure(r=-0.278,P=0.010)and mean arterial pressure(r=-0.246,P=0.023).Multiple regression analysis of factors related to CTFC showed that CTFC was still correlated with diastolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.PCI combined with intra-coronary thrombolysis can reduce CTFC and improve coronary perfusion after PCI in patients with STEMI.2.Appropriately raising diastolic blood pressure may reduce CTFC,which may improve coronary perfusion after PCI in patients with STEMI.3.CTFC may be reduced by controlling blood sugar levels, which may improve coronary perfusion after PCI in patients with STEMI.
