Based On TCMISS To Explore The TCM Treatment Of Intracranial Tumor Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Rules

Objective Collect and sort out the relevant documents on the treatment of Intracranial tumor with traditional Chinese medicine from June 1992 to June 2022,and explore the TCM syndrome differentiation and medication rules of brain tumors by using statistics,induction,analysis and other methods,so as to grasp the development law of brain tumors as a whole,and provide theoretical scientific basis and practical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.This research is conducive to the inheritance and promotion of the academic thoughts and medication experience of famous and old Chinese medicine,and also provides the prototype for the development of new drugs and the clinical pathway for the formation of brain tumors.Methods This study mainly searches the CNKI,Wanfang,and Vip databases,and the documents on the differentiation of syndromes and the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Intracranial tumor published between June 1992 and June 2022.Through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the clinical research documents conforming to this study are selected,and the obtained information is entered into Excel to establish a brain tumor-related database.Through the application of TCMISS,we summarized and analyzed the syndrome types of brain tumors and the application rules of traditional Chinese medicine.Results1.Syndrome differentiation analysis: In all the collected documents,the main syndrome types of the disease are phlegm and blood stasis type(38 times),qi deficiency and blood stasis type(30 times),liver and kidney yin deficiency type(24 times),phlegm and dampness internal resistance type(22 times),liver wind internal movement type(19 times),wind and phlegm blocking collaterals type(18 times),heat and toxin accumulation type(15 times),spleen and kidney yang deficiency type(13 times).2.Drug use analysis: Drug use analysis: In the 195 articles studied,a total of 284 drugs were used,the total frequency of use reached 3315,and 90 drugs were used more than or equal to 10 times,accounting for 82.14% of the total times.Among them,the top 10 in the frequency distribution of high-frequency drug use include: Chuanxiong(106 times),Pinellia ternata(100 times),Poria cocos(90 times),Scorpion(84 times),Glycyrrhiza uralensis(77times),Astragalus membranaceus(74 times),Gastrodia elata(74 times),Atractylodes macrocephala(73 times),Centipede(69 times),and Bombyx mori(63 times).The drugs used to treat brain tumors were mainly warm(1042 times),cold(924 times)and mild(828 times);The main flavor is sweet(1498 times),bitter(1214 times)and spicy(1205 times);The drugs mostly belong to liver channel(1759 times)and spleen channel(1090 times).Based on the analysis of association rules,we can get high-frequency core drug pair and high-frequency association combination,and the combination of“Pinellia Ternate,Gastrodia elata,uncaria,ligusticum chuanxiong,atractylodes macrocephala,Poria Cocos,licorice,scorpion,centipede”.Based on entropy clustering analysis,7 new prescriptions were obtained.The high-frequency drugs of common TCM syndromes are as follows: the common drugs of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are pinellia ternate,ligusticum chuanxiong,atractylodes macrocephala,etc;The commonly used drugs for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are astragalus,ligusticum chuanxiong,scorpion,etc;Common drugs for liver and kidney yin deficiency include cornus officinalis,raw rehmannia glutinosa,wolfberry fruit,etc;The commonly used drugs for phlegm-dampness syndrome are Pinellia ternate,Poria cocos,Acorus tatarinowii,etc;The commonly used drugs for the syndrome of internal movement of liver wind are uncaria,scorpion,gastrodia elata,etc.The high-frequency drugs of each syndrome type can be used as the choice of the core prescription.Conclusion 1.According to the literature,a total of 217 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and 284 traditional Chinese medicines were summarized.The high-frequency drugs used to treat brain tumors were mainly drugs for tonifying the deficiency,followed by drugs for calming the liver and calming the wind.The meridians of drugs were mainly distributed in the liver and spleen meridians,mainly sweet drugs,bitter drugs,and warm drugs.The etiology and pathogenesis of brain tumors were positive deficiency and pathogenic excess,mostly phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.The high-frequency core drug pair and high-frequency association combination of the prescription for treating brain tumors are obtained by using TCMISS,as well as the core formula "Pinellia ternata,Gastrodia elata,uncaria,Chuanxiong,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,licorice,scorpion,centipede",which can be used as the basic formula for treating brain tumors in theory,and can be used to treat patients with various types of brain tumors through clinical addition and subtraction;On the basis of entropy cluster analysis,the new formula combination is mainly to promote blood circulation and promote resuscitation,calm liver and latent yang,warm and replenish kidney yang,and clear heat and detoxify.3.TCMISS can analyze the clinical medication rules of big data,intuitively display the network structure diagram,and generate new prescriptions,find more potentially valuable medication rules,and provide basis and new ideas for the clinical treatment of brain tumors.
