| COVID-19 outbreak has had an impact on international students in China.As the epidemic occurred at the beginning of college winter vacation,some international students did not return home.As a special group during the epidemic,they were more likely to feel pressure in study and life than Chinese students.And the language life of international students in China is diversified and they have different levels of Chinese,there are language barriers in communication during the epidemic period,and it is urgent to provide timely and effective language emergency services for them,which should be the focus of attention and solution of international Chinese language education.Based on COVID-19,the paper intends to conduct a thematic discussion on language emergency services for overseas students in China under COVID-19,with a view to provide reference for the education and management of overseas students in China.The main body of the paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly discusses the reason and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad and research methods.The second chapter is about the basic connotation and elements of language emergency services.Based on the previous research results,this chapter interprets the concept and division of language emergency services,and then chooses the language emergency services classification method applicable to international students in China,and explains the language emergency services products,technologies,resources and management for international students in China.The third chapter is about the demands and approaches of language emergency services for international students in China.Through questionnaire,this chapter makes statistical analysis of the communication needs of international students in China,such as obtaining information,keeping in touch with others,going out for activities,and medical services,and then provides some suggestions on how to meet their communication needs based on in-depth interviews.The fourth chapter is the content and path of improving the language emergency capability of service subjects.This chapter first introduces the content that need to be improved for the language emergency capability of service subjects,and discusses and analyzes the three aspects of discourse narrative,construction and diversified capabilities.Then it explains how to improve the language emergency response ability of service subjects,and puts forward suggestions from four aspects:infrastructure construction,planning,talent training and language service teaching.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the research content of the paper,points out the shortcomings and looks forward to the future. |
