Research On Government Behavior In The Development Of Cultural And Tourism Integration In Dongpo District,Meishan City

The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of cultural tourism.When General Secretary Xi Jinping came to Sichuan for inspection,he pointed out that "the unique natural ecological beauty and colorful humanistic charm of Sichuan should be fully bloomed." The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government put forward the goal of achieving "three doublings","four doublings" and "three breakthroughs" in the cultural and tourism development within five years.Meishan Municipal issued Suggestions of Strengthen Meishan in both Culture and Tourism Industry by Developing Economics.The suggestion proposes that the cultural tourism industry should be a leading industry for innovative,open development and high-quality development so as to realize the cultural influence of Dongpo,the tourist attraction of Meishan,the sufficient supply of cultural tourism,and the comprehensive improvement of the competitiveness of the cultural and tourism industry,to build an important growth pole in the cultural and tourism economic belt around Chengdu,and build a strong cultural tourism economy and an important tourist destination.Dongpo District gives full play to its advantages in cultural tourism resources,seizes the opportunity of the country to vigorously promote consumption and promote the formation of a large domestic cycle,with the brand goal of building "A thousand-year Poetry City,the Best State of Humanities".Meanwhile,Dongpo District strictly adheres to the two bottom lines of development and ecology,and deeply promotes the structural reform of the tourism supply side,vigorously develops global tourism to promote the integrated development of cultural tourism.Dongpo Government puts forward the development goal of "One temple,two belts and four places",and strive to build the "Dongpo cultural tourism economic development core area",with all-out efforts promote the "three creations" linkage project of famous tourism counties in Tianfu,provincial-level tourism demonstration zones,and national-level civilized tourism demonstration zones.By building eco-city,cultural city,and vitality city,Dongpo strives to make itself become a significant cultural tourism destination.This article is based on the research object of government behavior in the integration and development of cultural tourism industry in Dongpo District.The literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method are fully used throughout this article.By sorting out the overall situation Dongpo District faced and main measures taken in promoting the development of cultural tourism,we can came to a conclusion that the integrated development of cultural and tourism in Dongpo District has achieved initial results.But At the same time,attentions should also be paid to the problems that appeared in government behavior.There are five representative problems as followed: integrating integration mechanisms,cultivating distinctive brands,cultivating cultural and tourism integration industries,improving the quality of public services,and promoting publicity.Investigating further to discover why,the author believes that in order to adjust and improve government behavior in integrated development,improvements need to be made from the following five aspects.Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of overall planning,and strengthen the top-level design of cultural and tourism integration.Secondly,strengthen distinctive cultural and tourism brands.Thirdly,enrich the cultural and tourism business variety,and promote the formation of a cultural and tourism integration industry chain.Fourthly,serve the public in the market and improve the quality of public goods supply.Finally,strengthen the effots on publicity and do it in an creative and fun way.In-depth analysis of the how and why of the Dongpo government’s behavior in promoting the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industry can help putting forward effective ideas and countermeasures to adjustment and perfection of the government’s behavior.The research not only can provide certain theoretical support for the government to better exert government functions in the development of cultural and tourism industry integration,but also can provide experience and enlightenment for promoting the integrated development of Dongpo culture and tourism,and solve certain problems.
