| This paper explores the application value and innovation potential of deep learning technology in Kunqu opera inheritance and promotion.Kunqu opera,as one of the traditional Chinese opera arts,faces many difficulties and challenges,such as insufficient teachers,high teaching costs,scarce performance venues,and single contact channels.To solve these problems,this paper designs and implements a Kunqu opera holographic intelligent interaction system that combines artificial intelligence technology and holographic display technology,aiming to provide users with a low-cost,high-quality,interactive-rich immersive Kunqu opera interactive experience.The main contributions of this paper are:(1)Constructing a highquality action multimodal dataset KOAD for the Kunqu opera domain.This dataset contains 1020 samples with rich annotations,modalities and information covering 10 major action categories and 15 subcategories of Kunqu opera.This dataset provides data support for various tasks such as action classification,action quality assessment,action segmentation and multimodality in the Kunqu opera domain.(2)Proposing and implementing a Kunqu opera interactive teaching module that combines action recognition and action quality assessment.Firstly through longtailed distribution loss function optimization,spatio-temporal data augmentation strategy research to optimize CTR-GCN model’s performance under small data sets;at the same time using dynamic time warping algorithm to compare user actions with template actions for action quality assessment;finally constructing an interactive teaching module with good experience for Kunqu opera.(3)Designing and implementing an interactive module for knowledge question answering in the field of traditional Chinese opera.Firstly constructing a knowledge base for traditional Chinese opera domain;then using sentence length variation approximate sentence generation R-Drop method strategy optimization based on SimCSE text vector extraction model;finally realizing retrievalbased question answering interaction function for traditional Chinese opera domain.(4)Combining holographic projection digital human modeling natural language processing technologies to construct a holographic display interaction system for Kunqu opera scenes.Firstly constructing two kinds of holographic display interaction devices;then designing and modeling a digital human with Kunqu characteristics that can freely drive actions;finally through speech recognition technology according to user intention to perform knowledge question answering chat dialogue function control operations achieve good immersion interaction experience.This paper believes that this platform can not only meet the needs of Kunqu lovers to learn and perform at home expand the contact channels of Kunqu reduce the learning cost of Kunqu enhance the drama communication power but also through novel interaction and experience ways in public places break young people’s barriers to drama expand the audience range and influence of Kunqu art.This paper designs and implements a Kunqu holographic intelligent interaction system based on artificial intelligence technology and holographic display technology,which can effectively spread and protect Kunqu art. |
