| Globalization is both a trend and an indisputable fact.From the rapid development of the economy to the realization of human beings’ dilemma in the relationship between man and nature,the relationship between people,and the relationship between cultures,it has gradually emerged.From conquest to respect,human beings have experienced population problems,environmental problems,ecological problems,food problems,energy problems,etc.With the accelerated development of economy,science and technology,these problems have changed from domestic problems to world problems,and even become global crises.With the expansion of capitalism,the stability of various regions,nations and races has been broken.The civilizations of various countries have clashed fiercely.Different social,historical and cultural factors have made countries different.Different value orientations and development models have also continuously aggravated the imbalance between countries in various fields,the tilt of resources,the uneven distribution of power,and even caused military and political conflicts,racial contradictions,financial crises,ideological confrontations,etc.,resulting in increasingly serious globalization problems for mankind.Culture is the foundation of the development of a country and a nation,and it is also the philosophical and ideological foundation of its diplomacy activity.As a major responsible country,China should provide the world with a more scientific and suitable path in pursuit of world peace and development.As the essence of traditional Chinese culture,Hehe culture is favored by scholars at home and abroad,focusing on China’s diplomacy,the community with a shared future for mankind and a harmonious world.The background of previous research has been based on the state of cooperation and economic prosperity in all countries around the world.When China rose rapidly,the bottom thinking logic of the United States and Western countries was exposed,valuing their own national interests above all mankind.When the world faced global problems,some countries even withdrew directly from cooperation,which hit the world economic development hard.Therefore,the time has come to reaffirm and actively demonstrate the global significance of Hehe culture,so as to boost confidence and provide experience for China’s diplomacy and cooperation among countries.Starting from the traditional Chinese Hehe culture,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of Hehe culture,extracts and summarizes the four major perspectives and concepts.Then it lays a theoretical foundation for further explaining the global significance of the Hehe culture in coping with anti-globalization,pseudo-multilateralism and the clash of civilizations.This paper aims at analyzing the importance of the integration process of the culture and the world culture to promote the development of globalization based on the case of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.The 21st century is an important period to promote mankind to respond to global problems,but the United States and Western countries promote anti-globalization,pseudo-multilateralism,and the theory of clash of civilizations,disrupting the world economic recovery process with hegemonic thinking and zero-sum games.The logic behind it is contrary to the harmonious world.In addition,the emergence of the COVID19 pandemic has made globalization even worse,making countries reluctant to cooperate even more retreat to avoid a conflict.During this critical period,China,as an emerging power,successfully hosted Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics,providing a stage for athletes from all over the world to exchange sports,presenting an ice and snow feast to the world audience,and providing a platform for inter-state relations to break the ice again.The Winter Olympics integrated Chinese culture and world cultural elements,actively narrowed the distance between communication and cooperation,and fully reflected the connotation and global significance of Hehe culture. |
