| In multi-person cooperative tasks, excessive ego depletion often affects the completion quality of common tasks. However, when the interpersonal relationship of cooperative groups is closer, the negative impact of ego depletion can be effectively alleviated. This study selects the degree of ego depletion and interpersonal relationship type as independent variables to explore their impact on shared responsibilities, and introduces the variable of responsibility proportion to dig deeper into the role of responsibility, including two studies. In study 1,three sequential task paradigms were used, taking typing speed as the baseline,Stroop as the self-control loss task, and text transcription as the self-control outcome task,to investigate the effects of ego depletion on common tasks from the perspective of interpersonal relationship type.In this study,100 adults were selected as subjects. The experiment was designed between two factors:2(degree of ego depletion:high,low)*2(interpersonal relationship type:friend, stranger)to investigate the influence of interpersonal relationship type on self-control behavior in common tasks under different loss states. The results showed that no matter the level of loss, the level of shared responsibility was significantly higher in the friends group than in the strangers group. On the basis of study 1,study 2 adapts the text transcription task, and further investigates the influence of interpersonal relationship type and ego depletion on shared responsibilities from the perspective of responsibility proportion. In this study,172 adults were selected as subjects. The experiment was designed between three factors:2(degree of ego depletion:high,low)*2(interpersonal relationship type:friend,stranger)*2(responsibility proportion:large, small)to investigate the influence of responsibility proportion on self-control behavior in common tasks of different types of interpersonal relationship under the state of loss. The results show that no matter the level of loss,no matter whether the interpersonal relationship is strangers or friends, the level of shared responsibility in the group with high responsibility proportion was significantly higher than that in the group with low responsibility proportion.Based on the experimental results of the above two studies, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The degree of ego depletion has no significant influence on shared responsibilities.(2)The type of interpersonal relationship has a significant influence on shared responsibilities, that is,the positive influence of friends on shared responsibilities is significantly higher than that of strangers, but after the introduction of responsibility proportion variable, the influence of interpersonal relationship type on shared responsibilities is not significant.(3)Responsibility proportion has a significant effect on shared responsibilities,in which individuals with a high proportion of responsibility show a significantly higher level of shared responsibilities than individuals with a low proportion of responsibility. This study verifies the hypothesis that the higher the interpersonal relationship intensity and the higher the responsibility proportion, the higher the level of individual shared responsibility, expands the relevant paradigm of responsibility research and enriches the empirical research of power model theory. |
