| Conjunction is a category of function words,whose function is to connect two words,phrases,and clauses.Compared to other languages,Chinese conjunctions are numerous and complex,which are frequently used in oral communication and writing.In this paper,a group of conjunctions “Er” & “Er Qie” are mixed frequently,which are selected to examine from both ontology and error studies.This paper investigates the linguistic form and semantic relations of the conjunction “Er” & “Er Qie”,analyzes the types and causes of errors in the HSK Dynamic Composition Corpus,and puts forward some suggestions for second language teaching based on this.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the reasons for choosing the topic and relevant research results,expounds the research object and the source of the corpus,and explains the theoretical basis and research methods.The second chapter analyzes the conjunction “Er” & “Er Qie” from the aspects of linguistic form and semantic relations.In terms of linguistic form,it summarizes the types of connecting elements before and after the conjunction “Er” & “Er Qie”,sorts out the semantic relationship between “Er” & “Er Qie”,and summarizes the similarities and differences in linguistic form and semantics of the conjunction “Er” &“Er Qie”.The third chapter analyzes the errors of the conjunction “Er” & “Er Qie”.By searching the HSK Dynamic Composition Corpus for statistical analysis of the error corpus,it is found that the main types of errors are omission,missubstitution,and missaddition.The frequency of mutual misplacement of “Er” & “Er Qie” is relatively high.Based on the "Trinity Grammar" theory,this paper makes a statistical and comparative analysis of the misuse of example sentences of “Er” & “Er Qie”.Finally,it analyzes the causes of errors,including negative transfer of mother tongue,generalization of the target language,and second language learners’ lack of mastery of the formal characteristics,semantic relationships,and typical contexts of the conjunction “Er” & “Er Qie”.Based on the previous ontological research and error analysis,Chapter Four puts forward the suggestions of “Er” & “Er Qie” in second language teaching from the perspectives of second language learners,teachers’ teaching and textbook compilation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,summarizing the full text and pointing out the shortcomings of the article. |
