Study On A Community Of Shared Future In Cyberspace

The emergence of the Internet has opened up a new communication space of "interconnection" for human society,and the contact between individuals has reached an unprecedented close degree.The community of shared future for mankind is China’s new concept on international relations and the future development of human society,and the community of shared future in cyberspace is its specific practice in local fields.At present,society has ushered in a critical transition stage,and cyberspace governance is an important issue facing contemporary mankind.Building a community with a shared future in cyberspace brings not only new opportunities but also huge challenges.Safeguarding cyberspace security is the shared responsibility of all countries in the world.This paper uses different methods such as literature research and historical analysis to comprehensively and deeply discuss the community of common destiny in cyberspace,sort out and elaborate the formation logic and connotation of the community of common destiny in cyberspace,and analyze the necessity of its construction.At present,the construction of a community of shared future in cyberspace faces certain institutional,cultural and technical difficulties.It is mainly caused by the following reasons: first,multiple subjects lead to decentralization of power and restrict the construction of community system;Second,the weak awareness of network sovereignty restricts the construction of community culture;Third,the construction of international cyber legislation lags behind,and there are hidden technical security risks.In order to break through this dilemma,we should put forward corresponding solutions to specific problems from the institutional,cultural and technical levels under the guidance of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.First,we should explore institutional innovation and establish a multilateral cybersecurity cooperation model to achieve overall security in cyberspace.Second,we should strengthen cultural exchanges among countries,reach cultural consensus,and realize the common dimension and sharing of network interests.Third,we must increase technological investment,break through practical technological obstacles,and realize the common protection of the fate of the network.Only in this way can we better build a multi-dimensional,all-dimensional community of shared future in cyberspace.
