Research On Network Culture Construction Based On The Destiny Community Of Cyberspace

With the rapid development of network technology,the network culture has also developed rapidly.With its unique characteristics,it has had a profound impact on the world.The construction of network culture is becoming a common concern of all countries in the world.In order to adapt to the new environment under the Internet,at the second World Internet Conference,China proposed the goal of co-constructing the destiny community of the world's cyberspace.At the meeting,we also proposed the “Four Principles” and “Five-point Propositions” for the construction of a cyberspace destiny community."This has become the first step for humans to explore the community of cyberspace destinies.At the same time,the General Assembly has listed the construction of network culture as an independent section,and the countries of the world will jointly discuss ways to build a global network of cultural space.To build a community of cyberspace destiny not only requires strong network technology support,but also needs a clear network culture atmosphere.It is necessary to work together with all countries in the world to build a network culture exchange platform that is both civilized and mutually beneficial.This paper studies the construction of network culture from the perspective of building a community of destiny in cyberspace,which mainly includes the contents of four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,domestic and international exploration and research on the community of cyberspace destiny,and the research findings of the academic community on the construction of network culture.It also expounds the research purpose and research methods.The second chapter mainly includes the concept and characteristics of the network culture,the fate of the cyberspace community,the birth of the cyberspace destiny community,and the necessity and importance of the cyberculture in the construction of the cyberspace destiny community.The third chapter starts with the status quo of the development of China's network and discusses the new requirements for the construction of network culture in the community of network space for fortune,including the creation of a network culture with Chinese characteristics,the construction of the “Internet +” traditional cultural industry development model,and the grasp of cyberspace public opinion.Direction,to achieve network security and network culture "two-wheeled" driver.The fourth chapter elaborates the specific coping strategies and measures to be taken in the three aspects of developing Internet + traditional industries,public opinion control,and network security.
