Research On The Music Communication Between Heilongjiang Province And Russia In The New Century

China’s Heilongjiang Province and Russia have a 2500 kilometer long border line,and the two sides have had frequent music exchanges since the early 20 th century.Since the beginning of the new century,with its unique geographical and historical advantages,Heilongjiang Province has deeply implemented the "the Belt and Road" initiative and carried out the construction of the "Longjiang Silk Road Belt",vigorously developed the cause of music exchanges with Russia,set up a central city for exchanges and cooperation with Russia,built a brand for music exchanges with Russia,and used music culture as a bridge between the Chinese and Russian people.Music exchange not only can enrich the spiritual and civilized life of the people,but also has great significance for building a socialist harmonious society and promoting the development of the music industry in Heilongjiang Province.At present,there are still some problems and constraints in the music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia.Factors such as insufficient folk communication,lack of depth and breadth of communication,weak industrialization development,cultural identity bias,and lack of professional talents are all affecting the development of the music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia.Therefore,it is urgent to propose countermeasures for the development of music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia,and further enhance the effectiveness of music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia.The main research object of this paper is the music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia since the new century,and it is committed to proposing scientific and reasonable development strategies for music communication.The paper combs the history of music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia in the 20 th century,discusses the characteristics of bilateral communication in different periods,analyzes the development and current situation of music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia since the new century,and analyzes and studies the problems and constraints that have arisen.By exploring the overall layout of music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia,the means of music communication,the industrialization of music communication,and the joint cultivation of music talents,Propose countermeasures for the development of music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia,and promote the all-round development of music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia.The paper is divided into three parts to discuss.The first part analyzes and summarizes the historical basis and characteristics of music communication between Heilongjiang and Russia in different historical periods and times since the October Revolution;The second part summarizes the current situation of music communication between Heilongjiang Province and Russia since the new century,and analyzes and studies its existing problems and constraints affecting development;The third part,through the discussion of four aspects in the music exchange between Heilongjiang Province and Russia,namely,the participation mode of official folk organizations,the innovation of music exchange means,the industrialization development of music exchange,and the joint training mode of talents,proposes the development countermeasures currently suitable for the music exchange between Heilongjiang Province and Russia,stimulates the development momentum of the music industry in Heilongjiang Province,and promotes the overall development of the music industry in Heilongjiang Province.Through research,it is found that the music exchange between Heilongjiang Province and Russia is one of the important ways for the cultural construction of Heilongjiang Province.Deeply exploring the connotation of the music exchange between Heilongjiang Province and Russia is of great significance for building a harmonious society and promoting the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,developing and making good use of the music exchange resources between Heilongjiang Province and Russia plays a key supporting role in the development of the cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province.
