Cultivating Virtue And Talent In Higher Education Art Programs

Establishing morality and cultivating talents is a basic task in China’s education,hoping to cultivate talents in line with the development of the socialist cause,and morality is the prerequisite for becoming such talents.Virtue is character,virtue,and a person’s inner cultivation.The concrete manifestation of virtue is that it conforms to the core socialist values,conforms to the development of the socialist cause,has a dedication to the country and the nation,and can contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Harbin Conservatory of Music is a professional music and art college affiliated to Heilongjiang Province.As one of the "eleven" music colleges in the country,it undertakes professional music education work in the northeast region and even the whole country.Since its establishment,Harbin Conservatory of Music has always taken the cultivation of high-quality talents as its own philosophy;In the field of talent cultivation,we pay particular attention to ideological education,especially in the field of moral education.We closely follow the requirements of the country for talents,always grasp the direction of talent development,and provide many high-quality talents for the country.Taking Harbin Conservatory of Music as an example,this article compares and analyzes the connotation and requirements of establishing morality and cultivating talents,as well as the results obtained,problems brought about,and future strategies for dealing with them in the process of teaching and practicing in and out of class,in an attempt to provide suggestions for the future art education of Harbin Conservatory of Music.The purpose of Harbin Conservatory of Music to establish morality and cultivate talents is to cultivate builders of socialist cause,but its characteristics are guided by moral education,centered on aesthetic education through artistic education,and combined with other "three educations".Specifically,Harbin Conservatory of Music has established a communication and learning platform with regional characteristics in Harbin in terms of music and art education.This platform focuses on exchanges with Russia,and then gradually expands to cooperation and exchanges with countries in Europe and Northeast Asia.It not only learns from each other,but also brings original music works to the international stage,making contributions to the exchange of music and art between China and foreign countries and the cultivation of Kazakh music talents.The first chapter mainly discusses the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,the fundamental purpose of educating people,and the educational goal of art education.The second chapter mainly analyzes the work carried out by Harbin Conservatory of Music in the field of classroom teaching,the second classroom on campus,and the social classroom outside campus in recent years.In practical work,what problems have been solved,but what problems have been faced that need to be avoided in the future.The third chapter mainly discusses theoretically what aspects Harbin Conservatory of Music should do to solve the problem under different teaching conditions.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the promotion and improvement of the art education of Harbin Conservatory of Music by Li De Shu Ren in order to enrich the work content of moral education in Harbin Conservatory of Music.
