The Collation And Punctuation Of Chen Zhaolun’s Zizhushanfang Stereotyped Writing

Chen Zhaolun was a master of writing in the Yongqian period of the Qing Dynasty,and had extremely high atments in the aspects of ancient prose and times.He advocated "to be consistent with The Times and the ancient prose".Under the premise of respecting the "correct style" of The Times,he combined the rhetoric talent of the ancient prose to improve the literary nature of The Times,which had special significance in the history of the evolution of The Times in the Qing Dynasty.As a matter of fact,Chen’s works are also quite abundant in writing,criticism and education of contemporary literature,such as "Style of contemporary Literature"("The Essence of Making Meaning "),"Mr.Chen Goushan Teaches grandson Draft" and "Zizhushanfang Stereotyped Writing".Among them,Zizhushanfang Stereotyped Writing deserves special attention and collation.It is a review book composed of various collections of periods,including Chen Zhaolun’s works of different types(room manuscripts,ink manuscripts,drafts,and manuscripts of sook courses,etc.)and different periods,totaling 238 pieces(239 is according to the stone print edition of Shanghai Jishan Book Company in the 20 th year of Guangxu Dynasty).It is of great value to deeply understand Chen Zhaolun’s literary creation and literary concept.In addition,the book also contains a large number of intersections and epilogies,which is an indispensable material for the investigation of the style of criticism in the Yongzheng,Qianlong and Jiaqing dynasties of the Qing Dynasty.It contains 64 notes,notes and comments by Chen Zhaorun(both documentary and critical),as well as more than 70 commentaries by scholars of literature and history(such as Hang Shijun,Liang Shizheng,Shen Deqian,Qiu Zhaoao,Ren Qiyun,Zhao You,etc.),which are rare documents with both historical materials and literary criticism values.In view of this,this paper chooses Zizhushanfang Stereotyped Writing as the proofreading object,adopts the method of document proofreading,and takes Zizhushanfang Stereotyped Writing,which was reproduced in Changsha in the eleventh year of Guangxu’s reign in Tianjin Library as the base.The old titles are Chen Goushan Manuscript,engraved by Shanchengtang in the 12 th year of Qianlong,Chen Xingzhai Manuscript(the first and second edition),copied by Youyuxianguan in the third year of Guangxu,the second edition of Zizhu Shanfang Manuscript,the second edition of Zizhu Shanfang Manuscript,reengraved by Capital Library in the third year of Guangxu,and the Complete Manuscript of Zizhu Shanfang System Art in the third year of Guangxu.With the old title of the 24 th Jiaqing edition of Chen Taifu Goushan Anthology,the engraving copy of Shancheng Hall of Guangxu Dynasty of Chen Goushan,the 18 th Guangxu edition of Guangzhou Wenyingge of Zizhushanfang Stereotyped Writing,and the 19 th Guangxu Baoshi Bureau lithographic copy of Chen Goushan Manuscript as reference books,the entry work of the school site is carried out,with a view to further research for the academic community.To provide a relatively complete and well-calibrated Chen Zhaolun compilations.In addition,the author also collated and supplemented some other literature,the appendix is at the end.Specifically,the first item is "Mr.Chen Goushan Teaches grandson Draft" and the second item is "Mr.Chen Goushan’s Chronology compiled by Chen Yusheng".It is hoped that the above work can further expand the research of Chen Zhaolun’s literary activities in the academic circle,and provide historical materials convenience.
