| In order to change the current situation of excessive schoolwork pressure on children and return the concept of quality-oriented education,The policy of "double reduction" has given quality education a broad space for display.This topic introduces service design into design education and separates design education from art education in primary and secondary schools,it is a practical and effective way to build children’s creativity cultivation system based on design education.Combined with the definitions of children in social sciences and medical circles,this paper defines "children" as children in the early and early school years,that is,children between 3 and 12 years old.This period is the key period for the development of creativity,so it is better to guide children’s creativity.The purpose of this project is to take advantage of the opportunity of "reducing" the opinions,increasing the popularity rate of design education in child education,and change the fault phenomena of design education in our country,forming a systematic design education cultivation mode,let the design education start from the children,through design education to enhance children’s creativity.Through interviews,tracking and observation,the pain points and opportunities of service design education are summarized.Service design method is used to analyze relevant stakeholders,build user portraits,draw user journey maps,and establish the creativity cultivation mode of "campus + campus +app".Fully mobilize the three forces of "school,family and society",especially increase the forces of family and society,build a service system diagram,visualize the interaction between all parties,and finally form a detailed service blueprint for the cultivation of children’s creativity.The service system helps to reduce the pressure of teachers and improve the efficiency of teaching management,based on the service blueprint,the design of a teaching assistance system(" Chuangyi" APP)with offline teaching has changed the way design education is limited to inschool teaching,this collaborative cultivation method not only cultivates children’s creativity,but also allows the concept of design thinking to be imperceptibly integrated into children’s daily life,making a modest contribution to the cultivation of talents with equal emphasis on scientific research and innovation. |
