Innovative Design Of Service For Small And Medium-sized Art Training Institutions

This graduation project is an actual project.I am working on the innovative design of small and medium-sized art training institutions based on the design of the “Asian Academy” OMO system.I hope to find a suitable copy for small and medium-sized art training institutions.Development of teaching and business models.I have further learned about the children's art education market and the needs of users through the previous market status survey,competitive product research,user research and other methods,and found a breakthrough for my OMO system design.Designed a relatively complete set of teaching system and management system for OMO system design suitable for small and medium-sized art education and training institutions.Such system design can effectively avoid some shortcomings in pure online or pure line teaching.It can effectively meet the needs of users,and at the same time,it can facilitate the replication and use of small and medium-sized organizations,and open chain enterprises to grow and develop.Through research,I found that the number of children's art training institutions applying OMO system is very small,and the number of research materials in this area is also very few,but the trend of online and offline integration is unstoppable,in many shopping,ordering,etc.Has been applied on a large scale.At the same time,research and practical operations have found that small and medium-sized American education and training institutions are difficult to establish and grow in the market.Some of the shortcomings in children's art education and the inability to effectively meet the needs of users also indicate that the existing children's art education and business model are no longer adapted to market demand.A new and effective model should make up for the shortcomings and highlight the advantages.Therefore,the education and business model under the OMO system combined with online and offline has emerged.
