Inheritance And Innovative Application Of Traditional Blue And White Porcelain Flower And Bird Pattern Design

Blue and white pottery is China’s art card in the world and a treasure in China’s cultural and artistic history.Throughout the development of Blue and white pottery,each period has its unique artistic characteristics.Blue and white porcelain sprouted in the Tang Dynasty,developed in the Yuan Dynasty,reached its peak in the Ming Dynasty,and developed to a considerable height in the Qing Dynasty.The traditional Blue and white pottery has a rich pattern type,and the flower and bird pattern is only one of them,which has its unique artistic characteristics and high ornamental and artistic value.Based on the existing research results,this paper collates and analyzes the current collection of Blue and white pottery flower and bird patterns,selects some traditional Blue and white pottery flower and bird patterns that are more distinctive and relatively less involved in previous pattern studies,combines the unique characteristics of traditional Blue and white pottery flower and bird patterns with modern aesthetic concepts and applies them to modern cultural and creative design,giving traditional Blue and white pottery flower and bird patterns new vitality,It is expected that the innovative application of Chinese traditional Elements of art in modern visual design can be derived from this.
