Research On The Ethics Of Private Entrepreneurs Under The Perspective Of Common Prosperity

Common prosperity is the moral ideal established by the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up to cover the whole society.It is the fundamental principle of socialism,an important embodiment of Chinese-style modernization,and the moral commitment and political responsibility of the Party to the Chinese people.The realization of common prosperity is inseparable from the participation of any one enterprise and entrepreneur.In recent years,the proportion of private enterprises in Chinese enterprises has gradually expanded and become an important part of the national economy.As the social wealth creators with more than 80% of the total working population,private enterprises play a vital role in the realization of common prosperity.The main body of enterprise development is entrepreneurs,and excellent entrepreneur ethics can correctly guide the progress of enterprises.In order to explore the role of the ethics of private entrepreneurs and private entrepreneurs in the realization of common prosperity in China,it is necessary to further clarify the ethics of private entrepreneurs,private entrepreneurs and common prosperity.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the ethics of private entrepreneurs in the perspective of common prosperity and explore the relationship between the two of common prosperity.In addition to the introduction,this article is mainly divided into four parts:The first part: expounds the relevant theories of common prosperity and private entrepreneurs’ ethics.The concept of common prosperity and private entrepreneurs is defined,and then the essential characteristics of common prosperity,the theoretical basis and the connotation of the ethics of private entrepreneurs are discussed.The second part: it demonstrates the five roles of private entrepreneurs in the common prosperity from the five aspects of primary distribution,redistribution,third distribution,people sharing and spiritual common prosperity,and explores the ethics of private entrepreneurs from these five aspects to realize the common prosperity.Through analyzing the essential characteristics and connotation of common prosperity,and the party’s interpretation of the theory of common prosperity,it is clear that private entrepreneurs are needed in the development process of common prosperity,and there is an internal connection between private entrepreneurs and common prosperity.On this basis,the positive thrust of private entrepreneur ethics to the practice of three distribution,people sharing and spiritual common prosperity is deduced.The third part: analyze the problems and reasons of the ethics of private entrepreneurs under the perspective of common prosperity.In the process of pursuing common prosperity,there are a series of practical problems of private entrepreneurs’ ethics,including value orientation,conflict of interest,lack of responsibility,etc.Through the analysis of the problems one by one and the analysis of their causes,the importance of valuing the ethics of private entrepreneurs for realizing common prosperity is once again demonstrated with negative arguments.Part four: countermeasure analysis.From the three aspects of the state,society and individuals,the government should strengthen the coordination,improve the system management and support policies,give play to the role of social supervision,incentive and positive guidance,improve the moral self-discipline and moral cultivation consciousness of private entrepreneurs,and propose the path choice of optimizing the ethics of private entrepreneurs.Through the study of the ethics of private entrepreneurs,the following conclusions: under the socialist market economy,achieve common prosperity must attach importance to the ethical problems and moral construction of private entrepreneurs,private entrepreneurs through the inner connection with common prosperity proved that private entrepreneurs to realize the value of common prosperity,different role positioning has its corresponding ethical bear.The positive connection between the ethics of private entrepreneurs and common prosperity can promote the development of common prosperity,which is the practice of the ideal,while the negative connection between the two will lag behind the progress of common prosperity,which is a dilemma in reality.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the state,society and private entrepreneurs,and through the countermeasures of private entrepreneurs,the ethics of private entrepreneurs should closely fit with the development of common prosperity,play a positive effect and suppress the negative effects,so as to lay a solid foundation for realizing the goal of common prosperity.
