Hy’s Financial Risk Evaluation And Influencing Factors Analysis

In recent years,due to the rapid development of the Internet economy and the continuous emergence of emerging industries,the online economy has become an important part of my country’s economy.In the support of the national policy and the fiery situation of the film market,the media industry has rejuvenated new vitality.However,due to the uncertainty of its profit and the limited profit margin of a single link,most film and television companies will seek the expansion of the industrial chain,but during the integration process,it may bring the risk of breaking the capital chain and complex business.Therefore,analyzing the financial risks of the film and television media company,which is conducive to the optimization of its own capital structure,reducing its degree of risk,ensuring the long-term stable development of film and television media companies,and providing useful references for the media industry.This article selects HY as a research object.First of all,the company’s basic situation of fundraising,investment and operation from the company’s 2017 ～ 2021 preliminary analysis on the basis of the comparison of the same industry is conducted.Secondly,the data of 56 listed companies in the film and television media industry is selected,using factor analysis and logistic regression model to evaluate the company’s financial risks.Third,the use of entropy rights and TOPSIS methods to sort several factors affecting financial risks.Finally,in response to the conclusions obtained from previous studies,we propose countermeasures for reducing the financial risks of the case company.This study found that HY’s current financial risks are relatively small,but from the perspective of its future development trend,HY’s individual financial indicators have a downward trend,and there is a certain risk hazard in the future financial risks of the company.HY should further improve the liquidity of funds and strengthen the management of inventory and account receivables;companies need to pay attention to the policy trends at home and abroad at all times,increase their scientific research in order to enhance their competitiveness and growth.
