With the popularity of digital mobile devices,new media technologies,and the development of the internet,the presentation of visual media has become increasingly diverse and gradually transitioning towards digitization.Traditional brand image promotion and graphic design during the era of print media face significant challenges as static communication can no longer effectively convey a brand’s visual identity.Brand visual identity is gradually moving from static to dynamic,and the study of dynamic graphics is an important topic during this period.Dynamic graphic design optimizes information visualization and communication through its rich media presentation,making it better adapted to contemporary digital communication trends and bringing new vitality to brand visual identity communication.This paper reviews the history and current status of dynamic graphics research,defines the basic concepts and characteristics of dynamic graphics and brand image,and analyzes the necessity of applying dynamic graphics to brand visual identity design.This includes the premise conditions provided by the rich media era for dynamic graphics integration,challenges faced by brand visual identity,and the advantages of dynamic graphics itself.Based on these analyses,this paper proposes the application and advantages of dynamic graphics in brand image design.However,as the application of dynamic graphics in brand visual identity design becomes increasingly widespread,there are also some issues,such as the lack of design principles,visual logic not being rigorous,and the integration of digital technology.To address these issues,this paper studies rigorous design elements and practical strategies to provide theoretical and practical support for dynamic graphic design.In terms of design elements,it proposes visual presentation principles that dynamic graphic design should follow,the way in which graphics change and dynamic graphic time and rhythm design.In terms of practical strategies,this paper discusses the practical steps and complete design process for dynamic graphic design.Additionally,it discusses the application strategy of dynamic graphics combined with brand design.By combining brand concepts,imbuing cultural connotations,and creating visual attraction,it can optimize brand communication visually,forming a completely new brand visual presentation.Under the guidance of the design elements and practical strategies outlined in this study,dynamic graphic design was employed to create the visual identity of the children’s art education institution,"Art of Love." Through survey and field research,SWTO analysis was conducted to propose design styles and concepts.The theoretical and methodological framework of dynamic graphic design was applied to the creation of the brand’s dynamic logo,dynamic poster design,and dynamic IP image design,as well as extending the brand design accordingly.This study makes a beneficial attempt at designing the brand’s dynamic graphic communication and provides a reference for the development of dynamic graphics in the field of brand visual identity design.
