As a common cultural product of Chinese literature and Chinese music,ancient poetry has a long cultural heritage and rich artistic value.The study of ancient poetry and art songs is of far-reaching significance to the promotion and inheritance of excellent traditional poetry culture.The ancient poetry art songs composed by composer Zhou Jiasheng not only inherit the development context of modern Chinese art songwriting,but also combine traditional Chinese poetry culture with modern composition techniques,which has certain research value.Taking the theme of "Borrowing the Moon to Express" as the starting point,the paper analyzes the two ancient poetry and art songs composed by Zhou Jiasheng from three aspects: "Shui Diao Ge Tou· When is the Bright Moon"(Song Sushi)and "Yu Mei Ren · When is the Spring Flower and Autumn Moon"(Southern Tang Li Yu)composed by Zhou Jiasheng.This paper discusses the connotation,creative characteristics and connotation of the moon image of Zhou Jiasheng’s ancient poetry and art song "Borrowing the Moon to Express".The lyric background,composition structure,rhythmic beat and piano accompaniment of the two works were analyzed.The focus is on the singing part’s breath,biting words,moisturizing design aspects and emotional aspects.In the study,I deeply realized that ancient poetry art songs are the embodiment of poetic emotions and musical emotions through singing practice,and are the combination of lyrics,music and vocal emotions.It is hoped that through the singing and exploration of Zhou Jiasheng’s two ancient poetry works of "Borrowing the Moon to Express",the public can have a more comprehensive understanding of Zhou Jiasheng’s excellent works,and can give vocal singers more inspiration for singing ancient poetry and art songs of the same theme.
