| As the last book of Tang Yin Tong Qian,Tang Yin Gui Qian is a collection of Hu Zhenheng’s poetic ideas.In the process of compiling Tang Yin Tong Qian,Hu Zhenheng extensively read the ancient poetry,epigraphy and even calligraphy and painting works,in order to compile other people’s poetry theory and miscellaneous author Hu Zhenheng’s own views,with the help of excerpts and comments,a complete set of stylistic theory of regulated verse is put together.He formed the stylistic viewpoints of the beauty of neutralization,the way of sound which is concerned with political environment,and winning by feeling,which run through his research on the stylistics of regulated verse,and are embodied in two aspects:differentiation of style and division of style.First of all,Hu Zhenheng combed the origin and development of regulated verse,and made a preliminary,formal discrimination of various poetic styles.He points out that regulated verse evolved from the poetry of The Six Dynasties,and that any poem with a harmonious sound and rhythm,regardless of whether it is long or short,is uniformly named regulated verse or quatrains;he also further separates the quatrains from the eight-stanza regulated verse.Secondly,after the clear definition of regulated verse,Hu Zhenheng subdivides regulated verse into five-character regulated verse,seven-character regulated verse,five-character long regulated verse,seven-character long regulated verse and so on.He pointed out that the stylistic features of regulated verse changed with the development of the system and the times.Thirdly,Hu Zhenheng made specific stipulations on the relations of form,sound rhythm and situation according to the differences of different poetic styles.Then,according to the order of the early,prosperous,middle and late Tang dynasty,the author comments on the poems of the poets,and states repeatedly that no matter what kind of metrical poems are,they are all the products of the poets reflecting the times and personal feeling.In the poet’s writing and ploughing,the metrical poem gradually becomes perfect and reaches the peak.Finally,in the creation of metrical poems,Hu Zhenheng summed up the views of predecessors,from the perspective of style,appreciation and so on,the creation of metrical poems on syntax,text,mood and other issues,combined with their own learning to sum up,it shows the trend of the study of Tang poetry towards integration.In the aspect of style differentiation,after clarifying that regulated verse was gradually divided into five-character verse and seven-character verse in the process of creation,and after the stylistic characteristics of different stages appeared in the process of development because of the poet’s creation,Hu Zhenheng took time as the order,to each period each kind of rhythm poem carries on the detailed analysis,the research.First of all,Hu Zhenheng points out that the birth of the regulated verse began with the creative activity work of scholars in the Tang dynasty and flourished in the Tang dynasty.After the mid-tang dynasty,it moved towards the new change and appeared the diversified development direction.The late Tang dynasty is obscure and deep,with complex implications.The development of regulated verse in each period has experienced such stages as absorbing the achievements of the previous period,breaking through,innovating and perfecting,and influencing the style of regulated verse in the next period.Secondly,in the aspect of seven-character regulated verse,after the poet gradually explored that seven-character regulated verse was beneficial to express the external magnificent scene and the poet’s high morale,the seven-character regulated verse transformed from the corresponding poem into the exclusive of the broad artistic conception,in Du Shenyan’s hands to mature,Du Fu pushed it to the peak of development.Thirdly,although Hu Zhenheng had little to offer for the composition of long regulated verse,but from the textual research on poets,we can see that Hu Zhenheng was neutral on long regulated verse.Finally,Hu Zhenheng completed the Tang Yin Gui Qian on his own,as a theoretical summary of the Tang Yin Tong Qian.In the process,he was influenced by the concept of the times and the difficulty in obtaining resources,and only Hu Zhenheng compiled,so some of the book’s theory before and after the logical conflict,names,poetry errors and other phenomena.In a word,in the study of poetics in the late Ming Dynasty,Hu Zhenheng’s poetics theory can not be ignored.His poetics views originated from the summary and compilation of all the poems in the Tang dynasty,and he deliberately selected other people’s views,with its dialectical stylistic standpoint,it has surpassed the original theoretical height.There are mistakes,but no serious lapses,his analysis and consideration of the regulated verse is the pioneer of the study of the poem in the Qing dynasty. |
