Research On Cultural Security Evaluation And Level Improvement Strategy Of Border Tourism Destination

Under the background of the construction of a cultural power,cultural security has gradually become an important support for promoting regional economic growth,cultural prosperity and cultural exchanges and mutual learning.The construction of border tourism pilot zones and cross-border tourism cooperation zones has greatly promoted the high-quality development of border tourism.At present,China is forming a development trend of border tourism that attaches equal importance to ethnic style tourism and cross-border tourism.However,threats such as the destruction of cultural ecological environment,the loss of cultural resources,the weak awareness of cultural protection and the lack of cultural innovation ability are also increasing.How to promote the deep integration of cultural construction and cultural tourism in border tourism areas,and realize the benign development of cultural ecosystem and the improvement of cultural security level are the important contents of cultural prosperity and sustainable development of border tourism areas.In view of the frontier issues of cultural security and the actual needs of cultural security maintenance in border tourism destinations,this paper evaluates the cultural security of border tourism destinations and puts forward the strategies to improve the level of cultural security.First,based on the research process and methods of cultural security,the concept of border tourism and cultural security is defined,and the research review is carried out,and the research scope is defined for the follow-up research.Secondly,on the basis of the definition of the concept,it expounds the PSR model theory,cultural ecology theory and sustainable development theory,which lays the theoretical foundation of the whole paper.Thirdly,taking Dongxing City as an example,the paper analyzes the internal causality of the border tourism destination cultural security system by using the pressure-state-response model,and constructs the PSR(pressure-state-response)evaluation model and index system of the border tourism destination cultural security.Fourthly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of cultural security indicators in border tourism destinations,and the comprehensive score of cultural security in Dongxing City is measured by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the level of cultural security in Dongxing City.On this basis,the key factors affecting cultural security in Dongxing City are analyzed.Fifth,explore the promotion strategy of cultural security of border tourism destination,to provide reference for the sustainable development of border tourism destination.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Cultural safety weight of border tourist destination.(1)The response and state of cultural security of border tourism destinations are the key supports for the overall level of cultural security,and the threat of cultural security pressure is small.(2)At the level of cultural security pressure in border tourism destinations,we should focus on social environment pressure and cultural pressure,and tourism development has little impact on cultural security.(3)National cultural security and ideological security are the most important aspects of border tourism destination cultural security,followed by public cultural security.(4)At the level of cultural security response in border tourist destinations,the government and social organizations take the most important measures to protect culture,while the public’s response is relatively low.(2)Cultural safety level of border tourist destination.(1)The overall cultural security situation of Dongxing City is at the level of III(cultural security),but there is still a lot of room for improvement.(2)The cultural security level of Dongxing City is less affected by internal and external factors,and the main threat comes from social environment and cultural pressure.(3)The state of cultural security in Dongxing City is at a safe level,among which the protection of national culture and the construction of ideology are better,and the level of public cultural security needs to be improved.(4)Dongxing City has the best response degree to cultural security,among which the government and social organizations have the most effective measures to protect cultural security,and it is necessary to focus on improving the public’s cultural consciousness and cultural protection awareness.(3)Optimization strategy of cultural security in border tourism destinations.This paper constructs a cultural security promotion strategy for border tourism destinations based on the coordination mechanism of the government,social organizations and the public,guaranteed by ideological construction and cultural education,driven by the development of cultural industry and the integration of tourism industry,based on public cultural construction,and guided by cultural cooperation and cultural exchange.Based on the academic frontier,this paper builds a PSR evaluation model and index system for the cultural security of border tourism destinations,systematically evaluates the cultural security level and optimization strategy of Dongxing City,which helps to broaden the types of tourism destinations for cultural security evaluation,enrich the research content of border tourism and cultural security,and improve the cognition of border tourism destinations on their own cultural security status.It provides a basis for the cultural construction and healthy development of border tourism destinations,and provides a case reference for the collaborative optimization of high-quality development and cultural security of border tourism destinations.
