Study On The Employment Status And Optimization Strategy Of Sports Dance Students In Colleges And Universities In Guizhou Province

With the expansion of college enrollment,the number of graduates increases year by year,but the demand for social jobs does not develop in direct proportion to the number of graduates.Under the influence of the global economy and the sudden impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic,China’s economic development,social supply and demand,school employment guidance,employers’ demand,as well as students’ own ability,employment preparation and employment concept are restricted to some extent.In order to promote the successful employment of college graduates,avoid the deviation of students in employment preparation,employment awareness,employment concept and other aspects,at the same time to improve the employment guidance system of colleges and universities,optimize the strategy of college talent training to provide a basis.By studying the employment status of students majoring in sports dance in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province,the author finds out the existing problems and factors affecting employment,which can not only put forward optimization strategies and suggestions from students,families,schools and employers for students majoring in sports dance in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province.It can also enrich the theoretical achievements related to the employment of college students in Guizhou Province,so as to provide theoretical reference for the relevant national departments to formulate employment policies and documents.In this study,the employment situation of students specialized in sports dance from 2015 to 2022 in six colleges and universities in Guizhou Province(Guizhou Minzu University,Guiyang College of Humanities and Technology,Guizhou Normal College,Guiyang College,Qiannan Minzu Normal College and Qiannan Minzu Preschool Normal College)was studied.By means of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other methods,on the basis of combing relevant theories,the basic situation,employment intention,employment preparation,employment results and influencing factors of students specialized in sports dance in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province were investigated and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.From 2015 to 2022,there are only 6 colleges and universities in Guizhou Province that offer sports dance special programs for each major of sports discipline.They are Guizhou Minzu University,Guiyang College of Humanities and Technology,Guizhou Normal College,Guiyang College,Qiannan Minzu Normal College and Qiannan Minzu Preschool Normal College respectively.The number of colleges and universities is relatively small.Most of the graduates of dancesport specialty lack high-level competition experience;Major related certificates are at or below intermediate level or without qualification.2.Students majoring in sports dance in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province have conservative employment concepts.It mainly focuses on professional matching and employment before choosing a career;Students’ employment intention units are mainly art training schools or clubs;The areas of employment intention are mainly Guiyang area and the cities,counties and cities in the province.3.Students majoring in sports dance in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province are not well prepared for employment.It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first,most students do not develop employment and career planning;Second,pay attention to employment later,mainly in the junior stage;Third,the channels for obtaining employment information are relatively narrow,mainly relying on the recommendation of schools or teachers and searching by themselves.4.The school employment guidance system needs to be improved.According to the survey,most students think that the school career guidance is not good;About one-fifth of them were dissatisfied with the school’s career guidance.Therefore,schools should improve the employment guidance system,according to the characteristics of students to develop personalized employment guidance program.5.The employment results of dancesport students in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province need to be optimized.It is mainly reflected in: the employment rate of graduates is good,but the employment stability is poor,and the employment satisfaction is not high.6.In view of the above employment status and existing problems,optimization strategies are proposed: students should change the old-fashioned employment concept,formulate reasonable employment planning,and accurately grasp the employment position;Schools should strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation model and develop personalized employment guidance;Employers should improve the incentive mechanism.
