With the unceasing extension of physical education reform and the increasing enrollment of sports dance teachers in primary and secondary schools and colleges in our country,the employing units have put forward higher demands on the teaching ability of sports dance teachers.Teachers are required not only to have good special skills,but also to have strong teaching ability.This research takes the teaching ability and the improvement countermeasure of the sports dance special students of Beijing University of physical Education as the research object,through the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.This paper analyzes on the present situation of the teaching ability of the sports dance students in Beijing University of physical Education and the gap between the current social demands,discusses its influence factors,and probes into how to improve the north.The countermeasures of the teaching ability of sports dance students in Beijing Sports University also provide some theoretical basis and practical reference for the further improvement of the teaching ability of sports dance special students in physical education colleges and universities in China.The study draws the following conclusions:1.Only 7.69% of the sports dance teachers in Beijing physical Education University attach great importance to the cultivation of students' teaching ability,and the average value is M ? 3.54.The training of teaching practice ability is arranged according to the outline.In the fifth semester,the teachers assess the students' teaching ability in the way of teaching practice,but the contents of the assessment are short of comprehensiveness,and only two teachers begin to train the students from the first semester.2.Only 7% of sports and dance students at Beijing Sports University think their teaching ability is very good.3.Sports dance training institutions in Beijing usually regard teaching ability as the first requirement for recruitment,and pay special attention to students in sports colleges and universities.In the last 5 years,the sports dance training institutions are satisfied with the teaching ability of the special students of sports dance in Beijing Sports University.4.Fifty percent of the training institutions said that the teaching ability of the sports and dance students of Beijing physical Education University can basically meet the teaching needs,but they are correcting students' wrong movements,compiling teaching plans,and creating motion programs.The important difficulties in teaching and the ability of teachers and students to communicate still need to be improved.5.The participants of the Beijing sports dance training institution believe that the communication ability of teachers and students and the evaluation ability of students are extremely important;The special graduates of physical dance at Peking University of Physical Education,who are teaching at colleges and universities,think that the teacher should have the ability of teaching design and the guiding ability of the action in the teaching process.6.The factors that affect the teaching ability of sports dance students in Beijing physical Education University mainly include: the special teachers pay less attention to the teaching ability,the teachers pay too much attention to the special technology,and neglect the cultivation of the teaching ability.Lack of systematic teaching ability theoretical knowledge learning,less opportunities for classroom teaching practice,lack of habit of observing high-quality teaching courses,the setting of special class hours can not meet the needs of teaching ability.The degree of personal effort and leadership is not enough.7.The strategies to improve the students' teaching ability include: strengthening teachers' awareness of cultivating students' teaching ability,formulating systematic training plan of teaching ability,and adopting effective methods to cultivate students' teaching ability.Teachers should actively create a teaching atmosphere,improve the enthusiasm of students to learn,provide students with rich opportunities of teaching practice,and run the teaching ability through the whole process of special teaching.
