Research On Metaphors And Auditions In The Creation Of Microfilms

As a comprehensive art,film integrates literature,drama,photography,painting,music,dance,sculpture,architecture and other arts,it takes continuous video pictures as the main way of expression,is a combination of visual and auditory modern art.Pasolini,a film director and film theorist in the Italian "post-neorealist era",clearly pointed out that "cinema lives by metaphors".With the gradual maturity of contemporary film theory,the metaphor in film is not a simple aggregation of two "input spaces",but a metaphorical matrix composed of multiple input spaces,multiple mappings,and multiple metaphors;It is not a static one-way cross-domain mapping from the "source domain" to the "target domain",but a dynamic and multi-form conceptual integration.Its meaning arises from the synthetic space with a specific "layered structure" formed by the combined action of text domain,mapping domain,and generic space.Compared with traditional movies,micro-movies have a shorter duration,need to compress more content and emotions to a limited length of time and characters,metaphor is a way of human cognition from the known to the unknown and bring about the connection between different things,so in the creation of micro-films,metaphors play a very important role in shaping the character image,rendering the environmental atmosphere and expressing the theme of the film.This paper combines the theory of metaphor with the graduation project micro-film "Sound and Color",and analyzes the performance and ideogram role of metaphorical techniques in this design from three parts: text creation,filming creation and editing production,aiming to explore the role of metaphorical techniques in narrative and ideologies in microfilms.Finally,some cases are used to analyze the meaning of metaphor in the creation of micro-films,so that micro-films can bring better viewing experience to the audience through metaphors in a limited time.
