In industrial and military power equipment,some equipment supply signals will be different from the frequency and voltage of the mains.The utility needs to convert the 220 V,50Hz sinusoidal voltage signal into a specific frequency or a specific voltage supply signal,and the inverter power supply is the product produced under this need.The voltage frequency of intermediate frequency power supply is 150Hz~20KHz,and the target frequency of this design is adjustable from 400 Hz to 1KHz,of which 400 Hz is a typical power supply frequency in aerospace,power system,railway traffic and other fields.The design of the inverter power supply is mainly aimed at the upgrade of the original three-phase square wave power supply supplied by the space gyro motor.The original three-phase square wave power supply is not adjustable in frequency,and the three-phase square wave power supply of the front equipment does not add closed-loop feedback,so the output is easy to be affected by the load.In addition,when supplying non-resistive equipment,sinusoidal signal power supply has much lower load loss than square wave power supply because of its low content of high harmonics.The intermediate frequency three-phase inverter uses USB2.0 communication protocol as the upper and lower computer transmission protocol,STM32F407 as the main control unit,and 168 MHz frequency multiplication clock to achieve high-speed real-time performance;The hardware circuit acquisition,inverter drive and LC filter circuit are simulated;Analyze the circuit and theoretical model based on Matlab and Simulink,and make appropriate algorithm parameters;SPWM waveform output,true RMS calculation and PID closed-loop feedback control are developed using C language;Labview develops the upper computer software system,which has the functions of adjustable power output parameters,output voltage and current display,error alarm,etc;The error of the collected data is corrected to ensure the high accuracy of the power display system.Finally,the overall test is carried out.Through the calibration of each hardware circuit power supply,output signal waveform,acquisition signal,and signal integrity and anti-interference capability test,all indicators meet the design requirements.And the upper computer software can display the output voltage and current,output frequency,and save data.It solves the power supply demand for aerospace gyro motor and other test instruments,and can display the output data in real time and observe the historical output state.
