With the continuous increase of the voltage of the spacecraft platform,despite the harsh ground test of the aerospace products,there have been many accidents that caused the unexpected termination of the product work due to the complex space environment.Aerospace high-voltage DC/DC(DC is called direct current,representing direct current)converter plays a key role in the voltage conversion of space spacecraft.Based on the research of existing technologies,the problem of heat dissipation of electronic products during operation caused by the high and low temperature cycling of the space environment is specifically solved.This paper refers to the relevant research carried out by scholars at home and abroad,and carries out the research on vacuum encapsulation technology for aerospace high-voltage DC/DC converter.According to the product performance and actual work requirements,research and study the relevant documents,combine with the existing filling and sealing process of the production line,design and develop a variety of vacuum defoaming experimental schemes for the filling and sealing adhesive,optimize the module structure of the filling and sealing product,complete the exploration of the defoaming process of the filling and sealing material,determine the system vacuum filling and sealing process scheme,and solve the poor filling and sealing effect in the filling and sealing process It is difficult to exhaust gas and the insulation and heat dissipation of the product caused by the internal dead angle of the potting product.At the same time,the equipment program parameters for the uniform mixing of the potting materials are determined,and their good fluidity is guaranteed,and the potting quality and production efficiency are improved.The reliability of the designed process scheme is verified by the reliability test of the physical products that have completed the vacuum encapsulation,which lays the foundation for the formulation of the encapsulation process specification of the aerospace high-voltage DC/DC converter.The process scheme studied and designed in this paper has solved the heat dissipation problem of aerospace high-voltage DC/DC converter,and the sealing effect is good,ensuring the normal and stable operation of DC/DC converter,and improving the stability and reliability of the converter,which has practical significance.The research results of this paper can be applied not only to vacuum encapsulation of aerospace products,but also to military and civil electronic products that need to solve insulation and heat dissipation problems.
