| In 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Courses and other policy documents,among which the first-class course of virtual simulation experimental teaching is the key to building the information experimental teaching system of higher education,which shows that modern education attaches great importance to virtual simulation experimental teaching.Metal 3D printing experiment has problems such as expensive equipment and metal powder materials,danger and pollution,so it has good practical value to carry out virtual simulation experiment.At the same time,it also provides more experimental opportunities for product design,industrial design and other related design professionals to assist offline practice teaching and solve experimental problems.On the basis of consulting relevant materials at home and abroad,this paper takes "user experience" as the core,and conducts the research and development of metal 3D printing and product design virtual simulation teaching system.First of all,the user experience of virtual simulation experiment is investigated,and it is concluded that there are some problems,such as lack of user experience,unclear operation process,and lack of design sense of UI interface.Secondly,the integration method of Kano and QFD integration is used to study the user needs,and deeply excavates the user experience requirements such as experimental interest,interface beauty,experimental reduction degree,and obtains the important priority relationship of user needs,so as to facilitate the design and positioning of the functional module,UI interface and other aspects of the experiment.Then,on the basis of the previous theoretical research,the UI interface,functional module and interaction effect of metal 3D printing and product design were designed and developed respectively.The specific design of functional modules is as follows.The modules of "teaching" include the experimental purpose,EOS M 290 metal powder 3D printer,operation mode and precautions,and knowledge expansion;the "do" module includes pre-processing module,printing process module and post-processing module;The "test" module includes the drill answer module and experimental report module.The UI interface,functional module and interaction effect cover the whole process of metal 3D printing experiment teaching,realizing the deep integration of experience,teaching and informatization.Using key technologies to truly restore the metal 3D printing operation and enhance the interactive effect of experiments,to present users with wonderful visual experience,functional experience and psychological experience,and to meet the experimental needs of college students majoring in product design and industrial design for metal 3D printing.Finally,the user field test and design iteration of metal 3D printing and product design are conducted.Through the development,testing and design iteration of the virtual simulation teaching system for metal 3D printing and product design,the existing problems of virtual simulation experiments are solved,and the needs of users for the interest of experiments,interface beauty and repeated experiments are met.In the future,the metal 3D printing and product design virtual simulation teaching system will continue to improve with the development of artificial intelligence,metal 3D printing and other technologies,carry out design iteration,keep pace with The Times,and bring better experience to users. |
