As people enjoy the convenience of wireless electronic devices,they also have to pay attention to and address the potential safety hazards caused by the frequent plugging and unplugging of cables,such as the deterioration of equipment interfaces.As an alternative to traditional wired power transmission technology,Wireless Power Transfer(WPT)has gained popularity because it is free from the constraints of complex wire connections.Originating from Nikola Tesla’s Tesla coil,WPT has become more mature and widely used in various scenarios,such as contactless battery charging technology,desktop peripherals,and implantable medical devices.This paper focuses on the Magnetic Coupled Resonance Wireless Power Transfer(MCR-WPT)system with a resonant frequency of 13.56 MHz.The aim is to solve the problems of compact installation space and small effective transmission space for wireless energy transfer.Firstly,the proposed coil cell optimization scheme is used to design a small coil cell that can maintain a high quality factor Q.Subsequently,the reasons why the transmission efficiency of MCR-WPT is affected by factors such as the bending radius of the coil are investigated with the help of mathematical modeling,and conclusions based on mathematical modeling are drawn.The hypothesis that a linear decrease of the coil bending radius will lead to a nonlinear decrease of the selfinductance and mutual inductance of the coil,which eventually affects the transmission efficiency,is proposed.Finally,simulations and experiments are combined to verify the reasonableness of this conclusion.Then,starting from the proposition that the lateral misalignment of the coil will lead to the degradation of transmission efficiency,this paper proposes a WPT antideflection technology scheme based on reconfigurable coil arrays,which is realized by loading the coil arrays with PIN diodes.The main working principle is to change the equivalent size of the coil array by switching the ON and OFF states of the PIN diode so that the strong coupling region of the MCR-WPT system can be extended to the edge region of the coil array.Finally,both simulations and experiments verify the rationality of this scheme.Secondly,this paper combines reconfigurable coil technology with flexible coil technology and proposes a reconfigurable flexible coil loaded with varactor diodes by replacing PIN diodes with varactor diodes.By replacing the PIN diode with a varactor diode,the proposed reconfigurable flexible coil with a varactor diode can not only improve the frequency shift caused by the bending of the coil but also be used to form an anti-diversion scheme based on the flexible coil,increasing the application range of the flexible coil.Finally,this paper summarizes the above work and concludes that there are still shortcomings and improvement options for subsequent research work.
