Abstract/Summary:
Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between the current deep hole fertilization and the simulation test of the key parts of the deep hole fertilization device and the ecological environment,the simulation test of the side hole fertilization device is carried out to reduce the pollution of rice.This is of great importance in order to reduce demand and strengthen the networking of in-depth creation after the return of the fertilization.(1)By decomposing typical fertilizer particles,parameters such as quantity and moisture content of fertilizer particles are obtained,which characterize the special fertilizer polymerization machine for deep application of rice.This provides a numerical basis for analyzing the fertilization process and simulating the relationship between fertilization positions in the actual stage.(2)The fertilization device of the hole type rice side deep fertilization device is designed.The fertilizer discharge mechanism of the fertilization device is designed.The value range of the base part of the structure parameters is analyzed.The transplanting mechanism was analyzed,and the matching of fertilizer discharge and transplanting point was determined.In order to ensure the position relationship between seedlings and fertilizer,the hardware and software of the control system are designed.(3)The three-dimensional modeling software UG was used to model the original proportion of fertilizer,and edem software was used to simulate and analyze the cavitation performance of fertilizers.The simulation test investigates whether the stability of fertilizer delivery and the position relationship between seedling and fertilizer can meet the agronomic requirements of hole fertilization within the driving speed range of the fertilizer device under the design requirements.(4)Taking into account the walking speed and height of the fertilizer discharge port of the individual spiral circle fertilizer discharge device as experimental factors,and taking into account the actual qualified fertilizer rate and the stable fluctuation coefficient of fertilizer discharge as index,the single factor experimental study was conducted,and the regression equation of each factor on the reaction index has been established.A factor experiment was used to narrow down the scope of the experiment.The range of experimental factors and the square orthogonal rotation combination experiment of three factors and three levels were performed to investigate and determine the influence of the interaction of experimental values on the response index and the primary and secondary relationship between the factors influencing the performance index of hole seed fertilization.The optimal combination of operating parameters was determined by the use of design experts software: the walking speed of the fertilizer applicator was 0.3m/s,the fertilizer charging capacity of the individual spiral circle was 4.0g/r,the fertilizer charging height of the fertilizer charging sport was 20 mm,and the adaptability of fertilizer application in the seedling stage was 94.02%,the coefficient of variation of the fertilizer release stability was 3.85%.The results showed that the error was within the permissible range that could meet the agronomic requirements of rice hole fertilization.
