In order to select sugar beet cultivars that are suitable for cultivation in Northeast and North of China,principal component analysis and analysis of variance were used to comprehensively evaluate the introduced sugar beet varieties in the main planting areas of Northeast China.and,in parallel,the AMMI model and GGE biplot were used to analyze the stability and adaptation patterns of sugar beet varieties in the Northeast and North China regions,and analyze the genes × Genotype patterns of environmental interactions.The conclusions are as follows:Inside and outside of the institute in Hulan that planting areas of Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province,this study screened 16 introduced KWS series sugar beet varieties based on comprehensive yield and quality traits and disease resistance during the sugar accumulation and harvest periods,respectively,using statistical methods of principal component analysis.The results showed that: There were significant differences in root yield,sugar yield,sugar content,brown spot and root rot among 16 sugarbeet varieties tested in different ecological regions.The results showed that the sugar beet varieties with high yield and strong disease resistance in ecological areas inside and outside Hulan Institute were KWS3601,KWS1197-1,KWS1130,and KWS4207.In order to make clear the high-yield,stable-yield,adaptability of sugar beet varieties tested in different regional trials in China,and the distinguishing and representative ability of each test site,In 2022,16 introduced KWS sugar beet varieties were used as test materials in 8 experimental bases in different ecological regions of China,the sugar yield indexes of sugar beet varieties were analyzed by using GGE biplot method based on R language.The results showed that KWS1197-1 had the best high yield,KWS4207,KWS4009 and KWS4254 had the best stable yield,and KWS1197-1 had the most suitable planting sites and had strong regional adaptability,compared with other varieties of high and stable yield,the test is an ideal variety.In addition,the rural areas of Hulan are highly differentiated and well represented,making them an ideal pilot area for this study.AMMI has more advantages in stability and environmental discrimination analysis.The variance analysis showed that the sugar yield of beet is significantly influenced by the interaction of environment,genotype and GE.The results showed that KWS4254 was the most stable.The varieties in Hulan Suo and Fanjiatun of Jilin had strong discriminating ability.The results showed that the varieties with high and stable yield were KWS1197-1,KWS4207,KWS4009 and KWS4254.Moreover,the rural areas of Hulan Province were highly differentiated and representative,which were the ideal experimental areas for this study.The combined application of AMMI model and GGE biplot provides some theoretical basis for the breeding and extension of new varieties and the rational distribution of experimental sites. |
