Marine fishery is an important part of modern agriculture and Marine economy.The sound development of Marine fishery is an indispensable part of the strategy of rural revitalization and Marine power.How to promote the high-quality development of fishery economy is an important task to realize the modernization of the Chinese-style fishery industry system.Changhai County is the only island county in northeast China and one of the twelve island counties in China.It has special geographical location,rich natural resources and obvious geographical advantages.Marine fishery is an important pillar industry of Changhai County,which plays an important role in the economic construction process of Changhai County.It is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of Marine fishery.During the14 th Five-Year Plan period,the Marine economy of Changhai County insisted on high-quality development,took the improvement of economic quality and benefit as the main direction,vigorously implemented the fishery production improvement project,and the fishery standardization,industrialization and informatization level continued to improve.On the theoretical basis of industrial structure optimization theory,high-quality development theory and industrial integration development,this study analyzes the development conditions and status quo of Marine fisheries in Changhai County by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and field research.It is found that the industrial structure of Changhai County needs to be optimized,the level of fishery industrialization is not high,the ability of scientific and technological innovation is insufficient,and the development of fishery informatization is slow.In view of the above problems,based on the experience of domestic and foreign cities with better Marine economic development,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integrated development of fishery industry in Changhai County,improve the level of fishery industrialization,enhance the capability of fishery science and technology innovation,vigorously promote the smart fishery project and strengthen the protection of Marine ecological environment.It is expected to accelerate the opening and development planning of Changhai County,realize the high quality development of Marine fishery economy of Changhai,and make it become a new bright spot of urban economic development.
