| Heilongjiang is an important grain production base in our country,known as "China’s only cold crop resource pool".Heilongjiang is located in the northeast region of our country,the spring temperature is relatively cold,the temperature difference between morning and evening is large,in order to ensure the quality of rice production,in the process of rice growth,it is necessary to cultivate rice seedlings in the greenhouse,in this process must ensure that the environmental parameters around rice seedlings are maintained in the range conducive to the growth of seedlings.With the development of science and technology,the management of greenhouse is gradually combined with the Internet of things,computer and other technologies,and a number of modern greenhouse intelligent management technologies have been developed,but the application of greenhouse management system for regional cold region rice seedling is still lack.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development status and trend of intelligent greenhouse at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant technical experience of greenhouse at home and abroad,and designs a set of cold rice greenhouse seedling monitoring system based on PLC technology and King View technology.The details are as follows:(1)With PLC as the core controller,the system is divided into three parts: detection,regulation and monitoring according to the control process.The detection part is the whole data input link of the system,and the detection value is transmitted to the controller through the sensor and the conversion circuit.The task of the control part is to analyze the input values of the analog and switching quantities of the system,make corresponding judgments according to the input values,and control the running state of the equipment by controlling the output part.The monitoring part is the Kingview monitoring interface,which can display real-time environmental parameters in the greenhouse,equipment running status and fault alarm information,remote monitoring of changes in the greenhouse environment,and remote control of the greenhouse environment.(2)The greenhouse environment decoupling control model based on grey Wolf algorithm optimization multivariable PID neural network is proposed.The adaptive ability of neural network and the excellent optimization ability of grey Wolf algorithm are used to dynamically modify the weights of the network,and the control function of the traditional PID neural network is compared and analyzed through the system simulation experiment.The simulation results of decoupling control of greenhouse system show that the decoupling method adopted is superior to the traditional PID decoupling method in terms of stability and decoupling rate for the multiple input multiple output model of the system,and it is an effective decoupling control strategy.Through the field test of the farm,the operation results and data comparison analysis show that the data transmission of the system is stable,and the man-machine interactive interface can control the actuator to automatically adjust the environment of the seedling cultivation greenhouse in time to ensure the normal growth of rice seedlings.It has a high degree of automation and can save a lot of costs.It has a good application prospect and can provide some ideas and reference opinions for the application of intelligent control technology in the field of rice seedling management in cold areas. |
