Rice huller is one of the main equipments used in the mechanized processing of rice in modern industrial production.With the continuous development and progress of modern industrial technology,the performance of rice huller is constantly improved.Based on this,this paper designs a self-feedback automatic threshing machine system from the basic content of the traditional old threshing machine's working principle and inadequate working parameters.In order to improve the technological performance of rubber roll threshing machine,the influence of core working parameters such as roller pressure,flow rate,speed difference of fast roll and speed difference of rubber roll on threshing rate,crushing rate,output and rubber consumption of rubber roll threshing machine was studied,and the optimum working parameters of rubber roll threshing machine were analyzed and optimized.Through analysis and research,reasonable optimization is made to achieve more precise control of the threshing machine system.The hardware system of the mill includes:the executive module is mainly composed of non-uniform feeding system,the first measurement module,the second measurement module,the fixed rubber roll,the mobile compensation rubber roll,the fixed rubber roll servo motor,the mobile compensation rubber roll servo motor and the movable bearing base.In the process of system design,the schematic diagram of the system pair is optimized,and the hardware module design of the whole threshing machine system is completed.Through the programming environment of PLC and the software simulation of PLC,the feasibility of software simulation and the debugging of the system are realized.The advantage of this project is that it can make the threshing machine realize mechanical automation,the self-feedback self-compensation system has fast response and high precision,and can effectively improve the working efficiency and output rate of the threshing machine system.It has a wide range of applications,good application prospects and great application value.
