With the rapid development of Chinese agriculture,organic solid waste such as livestock and poultry manure and straw has also been produced,which will have many adverse effects on soil and environment.The application of carbon-based organic fertilizer is an important way to solve these problems.Based on the design of mixing machinery and related agronomic requirements of facility agriculture,this study conducted a verification experiment to explore the effects of the mixing ratio and mixing uniformity of materials in the carbon-based organic fertilizer replacement cultivation matrix on the tomato facility vegetable plots.Through the data analysis after virtual modeling,the premix device was optimized and its effects were verified.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the technological requirements of mixing machinery,combined with the physical and chemical characteristics of different materials in matrix premix,the overall structure of the matrix raw material premix test device is established.The structure of mixing bin and mixing shaft is optimized and the 3D modeling of virtual prototype is carried out.At the same time,the static stress analysis of the mixing shaft is carried out to verify whether it meets the working conditions.(2)The discrete element simulation software of EDEM is used to verify whether the mixing evenness of the mixer for fertilizer premix meets the design requirements by analyzing the movement trajectory,contact quantity,mixing quality and evenness of each matrix premix raw material.Then the key components are optimizedIn order to explore the mixing effect of the carbon-based fertilizer matrix premix device,the mixing uniformity verification test and facility tomato cultivation test were carried out,and through the measurement and analysis of the coefficient of variation,tomato growth index,soil physical and chemical properties,it was determined that the matrix premix raw materials could realize the uniform mixing of different materials in different proportions.And the mixture evenness has influence on the physicochemical properties of crops and soil.This study showed that the design structure of the premix test device was reasonable,it could meet the requirements of material mixing uniformity,and the use of carbon-based fertilizer instead of the cultivation substrate could provide a reference for improving the efficiency of chemical fertilizer reduction and soil improvement in tomato facility production.
