Analysis Of The Current Status And Influencing Factors Of Blood Pressure And Heart Rate Double Standard In Hypertensive Patients In My Countr

Objective:This study was designed to analyze the present situation of blood pressure and heart rate in hypertension and analyzed the factors,and provided suggestions and basis for promoting hypertension management,and provided data support for randomized controlled clinical trials of blood pressure and heart rate in hypertension patients.Methods:This study population derived from the China National Science and Technology Pillar Program.A stratified multistage random sampling method was used to obtain a nationally representative sample of the general Chinese population ≥15 years of age.All 31 provinces in China’s mainland were covered in this survey.All trained investigators using cross-sectional study method of respondents personal basic situation,personal life habit,individual disease history,family history,coronary heart disease,stroke events ask,and the investigation of blood pressure,heart rate,height and weight,body fat measurements.In this study,patients over 18 years old who had previously been diagnosed with hypertension were taken as research objects,and the blood pressure and heart rate level of the selected patients were analyzed,as well as the blood pressure and heart rate reaching the standard,and the influencing factors of blood pressure and double heart rate reaching the standard were explored.Results:In this study,64173 patients who have been diagnosed with hypertension have been included in the final analysis.Among them,man 29079 people(45.31%),women 35094 people(54.69%),average systolic and diastolic blood pressure were 148.78±21.02mmHg,83.25±12.40mmHg,average heart rate of 77.79±11.38 times/min.According to the blood pressure level group,normal blood pressure,prehypertension and stage 1 of hypertension,stage 2 of hypertension,stage 3 of hypertension were 5.51%,49.97%,32.44%,9.84%,2.23%.According to the heart rate,≤60 times/min,71-80 times/min,71-80 times/min,81-90 times/min,≥91 times/min accounted for 4.67%,23.26%,36.34%,22.79%and 12.93%.The total number of people had 20758 blood pressure standards,with 32.35%of blood pressure,and 31.97%,32.66%in men and women.The rate of heart rate was 64.28%,and the rate of male heart rate was 65.36%higher than women’s 63.39%(P<0.0001).Whether men and women,blood pressure,heart rate unmet group average blood pressure and heart rate higher than blood pressure and heart rate levels.There were 14225 blood pressure,heart rate double yield and accounted for 22.17%,22.23%and 22.11%in man and woman.According to the results of multivariate Logistic regression,rural areas(OR=1.432,95%CI:1.376-1.490),central regions(OR=1.187,95%CI:1.135-1.242),western regions(OR=1.681,95%CI:1.603-1.763),elementary school(OR=1.308,95%CI:1.234-1.386),elementary middle school(OR=1.136,95%CI:1.071-1.205),females(OR=1.083,95%CI:1.036-1.133),past smokers(OR=1.250,95%CI:1.181-1.324),current smokers(OR=1.227,95%CI:1.022-1.473),alcohol consumption(OR=1.258,95%CI:1.182-1.339),overweight BMI(OR=1.180,95%CI:1.130-1.233),obese BMI(OR=1.505,95%CI:1.427-1.1.587),and combined stroke(OR=1.175,95%CI:1.079-1.281)were associated with blood pressure and double heart rate risk factors for compliance.Age,family history of hypertension(OR=0.931,95%CI:0.895～0.969),and the use ofβ-blocker(OR=0.720,95%CI:0.650～0.796)were protective factors of double standard of blood pressure and heart rate.Conclusion:The average blood pressure and heart rate is high of hypertension patients who have been diagnosed in the past.The rate of blood pressure and heart rate standard were lower,especially the rate of blood pressure standard was lower.Blood pressure low success rate is mainly poor result in systolic blood pressure control,therefore attaches great importance to the patients with high blood pressure,heart rate,blood pressure management,improve the level of patients with primary hypertension management level,and self-management.According to the situation of individual patients use appropriate health education plan,using specific,individualized management and intervention measures,to improve the blood pressure,heart rate double rate and high blood pressure prevention and control work is of great significance.
