Objective:By observing the changes about heart rate and blood pressure andtime window of the neurosurgery patients, to analyze its main influencingfactors, so as to improve anesthesia security of patients duringperianesthesia.Method:190neurosurgical patients were collected to understand basicdiseases of patients, education background, bad habits, conventionalrecords such as blood lipid, fasting glucose, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, echocardiography and chest X ray film and so on,eliminate the patients with severe liver and kidney function, hyperthyroidism, serious cardiovascular diseases (such as chronicmyocardial infarction, atrioventricular defect. Make ASA rating forpatients, record the blood pressure in general and heart rate (average forthree days), blood pressure and heart rate at the time of entering theoperating room, after anesthesia induction, after opening the skin and thedura mater in surgery. SPSS16.0software was used to process data.Measurement data was showed as (x+s) and analyzed by test and countdata was analyzed by chi-square test. Multiple indexes of the possibleinfluence factors of blood pressure and heart rate during perianesthesiawere analyzed by binomial Logistic regression analysis. P <0.05meanedthat there were statistically significant difference. Result:The change of blood pressure and heart rate190cases patientsduring the perianesthesia appeared as "twin peaks". Blood pressure washigher than usual before anesthesia induction, dropped after induction, raised again after endotracheal intubation and gradually declined after thebeginning of the operation and opening the dura mater in surgery.Compared with basic blood pressure of patients, there were significantdifference between each time point of systolic and diastolic bloodpressure (P<0.05).Compared with basic heart rate of patients, therewere significant difference between heart rate before anesthesiainduction, endotracheal intubation and after opening the duramater (P<0.05).There were significant difference between the change ofblood pressure and heart rate and age of patients (P<0.05).There weresignificant difference between the change of blood pressure andhypertension of patients (P<0.05). There were significant differencebetween the change of blood pressure, heart rate and diabetes of patients(P<0.05). There were significant difference between the change of bloodpressure, heart rate and education background of patients (P<0.05). Therewere significant difference between the change of blood pressure andfamily history of patients(P<0.05).Binomial Logistic regression analysisshowed that the influence factors of abnormal changes of blood pressurewere hypertension history, diabetes history, educational background andage; The influence factors of abnormal changes of heart rate includeddiabetes history, educational background and age. Conclusion:The corporate influence factors of blood pressure and heart ratechanges during neurosurgery perianesthesia were the history of diabetes, educational background and age. History of hypertension and diabetes were the main factors that influence the result in the changes of bloodpressure. History of diabetes was the main influence factor that result inthe change of heart rate and it should be taken for the preventionmeasures to ensure the safety of patients during perianesthesia.
