Study On The Medication Rules Of Chronic Prostatitis Based On Ancient Documents From The Ming And Qing Dynastie

Research purpose: based on the Chinese medical code(fifth edition)software and offline entity books,through the Ming and qing dynasties involving chronic prostatitis treatment of Chinese medicine literature into the system collection,induction,analysis,related to chronic prostatitis,medication and prescription rule analysis and summary,discusses the Ming and qing generations of chronic prostatitis related diseases of clinical medication rule,for modern Chinese medicine to provide certain reference and clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis.Research technique:According to the modern monograph books and literature on the chronic prostatitis TCM disease name theory Description,preliminary screening of chronic prostatitis traditional Chinese medicine disease name.Then,under the guidance of many experts and professors in the Department of Chinese Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,the keywords of TCM names of chronic prostatitis were further selected.Ancient Chinese medicine books from the early Ming Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty included keywords and prescription prescriptions,and the prescriptions were selected.The selected prescriptions were input into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System(V2.5)",and frequency statistics,rule analysis,improvement of mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering were used to analyze the relevant clinical medication rules and treatment ideas of chronic prostatitis in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Finding:Chronic prostatitis can be attributed to ancient books "fine turbidity","white turbidity","white turbidity","white","red turbidity","then turbidity" and other categories.Those meeting the criteria were included in this study There were 56 medical books in Ming Dynasty and92 medical books in Qing Dynasty A total of 257 prescriptions were involved in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,316 drugs were used,the total frequency was 2095 flavors,and the average number of drugs per prescription was about6.High-frequency drugs represented by poria cocos,ginseng,angelica,licorice,yam,yellow cypress,Atractylodes tylo,cooked rehmannia,Yuanzhi and schisandra chinensis were obtained.The top three categories: kidney,spleen and heart.The top three high-frequency drug types are: tonic deficiency medicine,li water infiltration wet medicine,heat-clearing medicine.The high frequency drug combinations are ginseng,poria cocos,poria cocos,licorice,poria cocos.Using the association rules,the compatibility of tonic deficiency drugs + diuretic wet drugs is more common.The common drugs with high correlation coefficient were ginseng + burning licorice,cistanche + keel,ginseng + angelica,ginseng + stone calamus,cistanche + dogwood and so on.Using the association rules between drugs,30 core combinations and 15 new prescriptions were evolved.Research conclusion:(1)Chronic prostatitis can be attributed to ancient books "fine turbidity","white turbidity","white turbidity","white","red turbidity","then turbidity" and other categories.(2)From the perspective of overall therapeutic prescriptions,ancient doctors were mainly attributed to kidney,spleen and heart,and the therapeutic drugs were mainly concentrated in tonifying deficiency drugs,water and wet drugs,and heat-clearing drugs.The treatment is to supplement heart and kidney,spleen dampness,clear dampness and heat as the main treatment ideas.
