Clinical Observation On Xifeng Huoluo Capsule In The Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction With Wind-phlegm Blocking Collateral Syndrome And High HCY Bloo

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xifeng Huoluo Capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(wind phlegm obstructing collaterals)complicated with hyperhomocysteinemia.Methods:Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction(wind-phlegm o bstructing collaterals syndrome)combined with hyperhomocysteinemia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one.The treatment group was treated with oral Xif eng Huoluo Capsule combined with western basic therapy,while the c ontrol group was treated with western basic therapy.Results:1.After statistical analysis,the scores of gender,age,risk factors,an d symptom scores of both traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the TCM symptom score,NIHSS score,life scale score and serum HCY level of the treatment group w ere significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically signific ant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarctio n(wind phlegm obstructing collaterals syndrome)combined with hyper homocysteinemia,the addition of Xifeng Huoluo Capsule has a better effect on the basis of western medicine treatment,which is worthy of promotion and wide use,providing new ideas and solutions for the t reatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
