Objective: To compare and study the academic characteristics and medication rules of Ye’s Gynecology Syndrome and Treatment and Fu’s Gynecology.Methods:1.Construct the "Diseases–Symptoms–Syndrome Elements–Prescriptions–Traditional Chinese Medicines" database of Ye’s Gynecology Syndrome and Treatment and Fu’s Gynecology.2.Data analysis and data mining,including frequency statistics,web analysis,clustering models,association rules and decision trees.3.By comparing the data analysis and mining results of the two books,summarize and compare the academic characteristics and medication rules of the two books.Results: 1.The author of Fu’s Gynecology is indeed Fu Shan,but his medical skills may have been passed down from Taoist masters,and Ye’s Gynecology Syndrome and Treatment should have been written by a monk,under the name Ye Gui.2.The number of diseases contained in Ye’s Gynecology Syndrome and Treatment is significantly more than that in Fu’s Gynecology.It discusses various types of diseases,but the exposition of a single disease is relatively concise.On the other hand,Fu’s Gynecology is relatively precise and detailed.It selects fewer types of diseases.Most of the diseases it discusses are selected common diseases,and the content is more detailed,including symptoms,causes,pathogenesis and prescriptions.All are fully prepared.3.There are significantly more prescriptions in Ye’s Gynecology Syndrome and Treatment than in Fu’s Gynecology.Most of each disease has more than one prescription,even as many as ten or more,while Fu’s Gynecology is mostly one
