A Probe Into The Characteristics Of Infertility Caused By Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated By Haipai Chen’s Gynecology

Objective: To compare the similarities and differences of the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome by Professor Li Xiangyun and Professor Xu Lianwei of Haipai gynecology,and to summarize the characteristics of Haipai Chen’s gynecology treatment of this disease;in the future clinical practice.To provide a clinical basis for inheriting and carrying forward the therapeutic characteristics of Haipai Chen’s gynecology.Methods: The medical records of 140 patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome in the outpatient department of Professor Li Xiangyun and Professor Xu Lianwei from Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to December 2018 were collected.The Chinese medicine inheritance platform system V2.5 is used for processing,the collected data and medical records are entered,the database is established,the data is analyzed,and the two teachers are compared in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Similarities and differences;combined with the clinical experience of the two professors in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,summed up the characteristics of Haipai Chen’s gynecology treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Results:1.The subject included 140 cases,a total of 584 medical cases and 671 prescriptions.Among them,Professor Li Xiangyun’s 77 cases,283 medical cases and 283 prescriptions,Professor Xu Lianwei’s 63 cases,301 medical cases and 388 prescriptions.2.The average age of the patients included was 27.6 years old,the youngest was 22 years old,the largest was 45 years old,and the largest proportion of patients aged 27 years was 16.Age distribution mainly concentrated in 23-30 years old.3.The descending order of the four Qi in traditional Chinese medicine is warm medicine,cold medicine,plain medicine,hot medicine and herbal medicine.The descending order of the five flavors in traditional Chinese medicine is sweet,bitter,bitter,sour,salty and astringent.4.Among the key drugs for PCOS infertility,the top 10 are Rhizoma Cyperi,Angelicae sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus membranaceus,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Caulis Caulis and Cuscutae.5.Professor Li Xiangyun’s core drug combination for PCOS infertility is Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Caulis Caulis,Herba Epimedii,Angelica Sinensis,Rhizoma Cynanchum,Cuscuta Chinensis and Safflower.6.Professor Xu Lianwei’s core drug combination for PCOS infertility is Xiangfu,Atractylodes macrocephala,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong,Zelan and Poria cocos.Conclusion:1.Haipai Chen’s gynecological experience in the treatment of infertility mainly includes:Wenshen Bushen Yijing,Liqi Shugan,Jianpiyiqixue,and sedation.Chen believes that the infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome is mainly based on kidney deficiency,but it is closely related to the liver and spleen.In addition to tonifying the kidney,it is necessary to take care of the liver and spleen,nourishing the blood and nourishing the heart,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.To regulate the menstrual cycle,promote follicular development and discharge.2.Professor Li Xiangyun and Professor Xu Lianwei have their own characteristics on the basis of inheriting Chen’s gynecological theory: Li Lao’s clinical treatment is based on “kidney deficiency and stagnation”,and emphasizes the coordination of liver and spleen function,especially liver and spleen.Xu Shi took the kidney deficiency as the starting point.He believed that the pathogenesis of young women suffering from this disease mainly consisted of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,which led to less kidney deficiency.The clinical evidence also focused on the relationship between heart and kidney.3.Professor Li Xiangyun’s clinical use of Huangtang Decoction for the treatment of PCOS infertility,Professor Xu Lianwei clinical use of Chen’s gynecological prescription eight system Xiangfu pills plus or minus treatment of PCOS infertility.
