Based On Data Mining, The Famous Chinese Medicine Doctor Fan Facai's Experience In Treating Asthm

Objective: Analyze the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine cases of Fan Facai,a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Jiangmen City,excavate and discuss his medication experience and clinical experience,better inherit his academic ideas on the treatment of bronchial asthma,and provide reference for the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Collect cases in 2020 and 2021 that meet the research criteria in the outpatient clinic of Fan Facai,a famous Chinese medicine doctor,enter patient data and prescriptions into the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)system to establish a database,and conduct data mining research,including methods based on frequency statistics,improved mutual information method,entropy clustering of complex systems,and unsupervised entropy level clustering.After analyzing the bronchial asthma drugs,combined with the learning experience with the teacher,the experience and academic ideas of the famous Chinese medicine Fan Facai in the treatment of bronchial asthma were summarized.Results: A total of 287 patients with 477 cases of bronchial asthma were included,most common among middle-aged and elderly men,and the symptoms were mainly cold wheezing.The prescription drugs in 477 cases of traditional Chinese medicine were mainly warm,and the pungent,bitter and sweet drugs were more commonly used,and the selected drugs were mostly attributed to the lung meridian,spleen meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian and kidney meridian.Statistics show that high-frequency drugs(frequency > 75 times)have 21 flavors,a total of 4147 times of frequency,according to the frequency of use in descending order,of which the top 10 drugs are: pinelliae rhizome praeparatum,belamcandae rhizome,glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle,citri reticulatae pericarpium,etc.In addition,the analysis yielded 22 pairs of commonly used drug combinations and 3 new combinations.And the four qi and five tastes,the frequency of meridian tropism and commonly used drugs of each type of bronchial asthma were counted separately.Conclusion: The medication experience of the famous Chinese medicine doctor Fan Facai in the treatment of bronchial asthma is as follows: 1.Regulate the qi machine,mainly lung qi;2.Treat bronchial asthma with warm medicine and it;3.Strengthen the spleen and stomach of middle energizer to "remove the roots";4.Use insect medicine cautiously;5.Pay attention to adjusting the mood;6.Adapt to local conditions.For each type of bronchial asthma,he has common prescriptions and unique experience.in addition,master Fan emphasized the need for "prevention before illness" in the treatment of bronchial asthma relief period.
