Hui Ping, A Famous Chinese Medicine Doctor, Summarized His Experience In Treating Asthma

Objective:To summarize the law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma by Huiping,a famous Chinese medicine in Jiangmen City,in order to better inherit and develop her academic experience and guide clinical pr actice.Methods:Retrospective study method was used to collect the prescriptions of asthma cases in 2018 and 2019.The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine used in the cases were recorded into the auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.Rules analysis,association analysis and entropy hierarchical cluster analysis were used to analyze the frequency,taste,meridian tropism and extract high-frequency drugs,new formula,etc.Combined with the results of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform software and the teacher' s teaching,this paper summarizes the rule of traditional Chinese medicine usage of Huiping in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Results:A total of 744 prescriptions were screened out,which contained 177 drugs.The order of the four Qi frequency of prescription drugs was:warm(45.27%)?cold(33.71%)?flat(17.45%)?cool(3.19%)?hot(0.38%).The order of five taste frequency was:bitter(30.60%)?pungent(3 0.52%)?sweet(29.29%)?acid(4.99%)?salty(3.14%)?astringent(1.46%)The frequency of meridian tropism was:lung meridian(32.24%)?spleen meridian(15.57%)?stomach meridian(13.97%)?Heart Meridian(10.01%)?liver meridian(8.63%)?kidney meridian(6.25%)?Large Intestine Meridian(5.43%)?Bladder Meridian(4.90%)?small intestine meridian(1.46%)?bile meridian(1.44%)?pericardium meridian(0.05%)?triple energizer meridian(0.05%).High frequency drugs(frequency?100)have 38 flavors,they are licorice,cicada slough,Platy codon gr andiflor um,etc.The statistical results of syndrome type,the number of drug taste,2 drug combinations and 4 new formula combinations were obtained.T he frequency ratio of four Qi,five flavors,meridian tropism and the common high frequency drugs of each syndrome type have been calculated.Conclusion:Huiping,a famous Chinese medicine,is mainly used the drugs which are warm,cold,bitter,pungent or sweet in the tr eatment of asthma,mainly composed of drugs for lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.Her experience in the tr eatment of asthma is as follows:1.The prescription is large but the dosage is light;2.She often uses warm medicine to treat asthma;3.She often adds insect medicine to dispel wind and stop spasm;4.She regulates the spleen and stomach throughout the whole pr ocess;5.She should be careful according to local conditions to avoid being too hot and dry.For each type of asthma,she has common prescriptions and unique experience.She pointed out that asthma treatment should pay attention to " prevention before disease".
