| Objective: By comparing the differences in VAS scores and JOA scores and the differences in efficacy evaluation between electroacupuncture combined with Bo’s abdominal acupuncture and conventional electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Bo’s abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was investigated to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease. Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional electroacupuncture, and the observation group was treated with Bo’s abdominal acupuncture on the basis of the control group: 10 days was a course of treatment, and a total of 2 courses of treatment were recorded. The VAS score and JOA score were assessed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated comprehensively after treatment.Results:Within-group comparison:when comparing the JOA scores before and after treatment between the two groups, the JOA scores in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.01)and the JOA scores in the control group were significantly higher(P<0.01);when comparing the VAS scores before and after treatment between the two groups, the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.01)and the VAS scor2 es in the control group were significantly lower(P<0.01).Comparison between groups:when comparing the post-treatment JOA scores between the two groups, the JOA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);when comparing the post-treatment VAS scores between the two groups, the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of efficacy:When comparing the efficacy of the two groups after treatment, the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).There were 30 cases in the observation group,of which 17 cases were cured,8 cases showed efficacy,3 cases were effective, and 2 cases were invalid, with an overall effective rate of 93.33%,while there were 30 cases in the control group,of which 5 cases were cured,10 cases showed efficacy,7 cases were effective, and 8 cases were invalid, with an overall effective rate of 73.33%.Conclusion:(1)Both the electroacupuncture combined with Bo’s abdominal acupuncture group and the conventional electroacupuncture group could significantly improve the pain, clinical symptoms and daily activities of patients with lumbar disc herniation, but the electroacupuncture combined with Bo’s abdominal acupuncture group was superior to the conventional electroacupuncture group.(2)Electroacupuncture combined with Bo’s abdominal acupuncture therapy has good efficacy, high cure rate, high clinical safety and operability. It has certain clinical significance. |
