Objective Study On Tongue Images Of Liver Depression And Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome And Qi And Blood Deficiency Syndrome In Breast Cance

Objective: Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the characteristics of healthy population and breast cancer patients were studied,and the characteristics of healthy population and breast cancer and the characteristics of liver stagnation and qi and blood deficiency were analyzed to provide an objective reference for the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:First,select healthy people and breast cancer patients who meet the inclusion criteria,guide them to fill in the basic information form,health status assessment questionnaire scale(H20 scale)and TCM clinical diagnosis record form,and use TFDA-1desktop lingual surface instrument to collect lingual images of healthy people and breast cancer patients.Second,according to the above four diagnosis information,using Wenfeng III TCM(auxiliary)diagnosis and treatment system,68 cases of breast cancer,liver depression,phlegm coagulation,and 52 cases of qi and blood loss were selected in total.In addition,110 healthy patients were set up as the control group,all from the Physical Examination Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Third,lingual images of 110 healthy people and 120 breast cancer patients were converted into tongue parameters using analysis software(TDAS2.0).Fourth,SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the tongue parameters of the three groups,explore the characteristics of each group,and compare whether the differences between them were statistically significant.Results:In this study,the general data of age,sex and BMI in breast cancer,liver stagnation,qi and blood deficiency group and normal people were not significant(P>0.05).By comparing the tongue parameters of the three groups:(1)In terms of tongue color parameters,compared with normal people,the color parameters of tongue image in the hepatic depression phlegm coagulation group were TB＿Clr R,TB＿Clr H,TB＿Clr La,TB＿Clr Cr were low,and the TB＿Clr G and TB＿Clr Cb were high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the color parameters of tongues in the qi-blood deficit group were TB＿R,TB＿Clr R,TB＿Clr S,TB＿Clr La,TB＿Clr Lb,and TB＿Clr Cr were low,and the TB＿G,TB＿Clr B,TB＿Clr G,TB＿Clr I,TB＿Clr L,TB＿Clr Y,and TB＿Clr Cb were high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)。Compared with the two types,the TB＿R,TB＿Clr R,TB＿Clr S,TB＿Clr La and TB＿Clr Cr of the hepatic depression sputum coagulation group were significantly higher than those of the qi and blood deficit group,and the TB＿G,TB＿Clr B,TB＿Clr I,TB＿Clr L and TB＿Clr Y were significantly lower than those of the qi and blood deficit group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In terms of tongue texture parameters,the differences in tongue texture parameters TB＿CON,TB＿ENT and TB＿MEAN between the three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),TB＿ASM and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the comparison between the two groups,there was no obvious difference in the TB＿ASM parameters between the two groups of qi and blood deficit and the normal human group(P>0.05),and the TB＿ASM parameters of the hepatic depression group were significantly lower than those of the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)In terms of the color parameters of tongue moss,compared with normal people,the color parameters of tongue moss with hepatic depression and sputum coagulation are low TC＿Clr R,TC＿Clr H,TC＿Clr Cr TC＿Clr L,TC＿Clr La,TC＿Clr Y,TC＿Clr I are high,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the color parameters of tongue moss with qi and blood deficiency are TC＿R,TC＿Clr H,TC＿Clr La,TC＿Clr S,TC＿Clr Cr are low,and the TC＿G,TC＿Clr I,TC＿Clr L,TC＿Clr Y are high,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)。Compared with the qi and blood deficit groups,the TC＿G,TC＿Clr I,TC＿Clr L and TC＿Clr Y of the hepatic depression sputum coagulation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the TC＿R,TC＿Clr S and TC＿Clr La were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In terms of tongue texture parameters,the differences between the three groups of TC＿ASM,TC＿MEAN and TC＿ENT were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between the three groups were not statistically significant TC＿CON(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the hepatic hyperoptic sputum coagulation group and the qi and blood deficit group(P>0.05).Compared with the normal group,the TC＿MEAN and TC＿ENT values of the two groups of breast cancer TCM were low,and the values of TC＿ASM were high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)In terms of the thickness and thinness of tongue moss,there was no statistical significance between the three groups of per All and per Part(P>0.05).Conclusion:By comparing the objective parameters of liver stagnation and qi and blood deficiency in breast cancer with those of normal subjects:(1)compared to tongue color parameters,TB＿Clr R,TB＿Clr H,TB＿Clr La,TB＿Clr Cr were low,TB＿Clr Cb were high,and TB＿Clr G and T B＿C l r.Mainly with the dark red tongue.The color parameters of the tongue were characterized by TB＿R,TB＿Clr R,TB＿Clr S,TB＿Clr La,TB＿Clr Lb,TB＿Clr Cr low and TB＿G,TB＿Clr B,TB＿Clr G,TB＿Clr I,TB＿Clr L,TB＿Clr Y and TB＿Clr Cb high.Mainly with a light white tongue.Compared with the two types,the tongue of qi and blood loss group is red and high.In terms of tongue texture parameters,the tongue texture of liver stagnation and sputum coagulation group was rough than the group with qi and blood loss.(2)In terms of the color parameters of tongue moss,compared with normal people,the color parameters of tongue moss with hepatic depression and sputum coagulation are low TC＿Clr R,TC＿Clr H,TC＿Clr L,TC＿Clr La,TC＿Clr I TC＿Clr Y,TC＿Clr Cr and high,and the parameters of tongue moss with qi and blood deficiency are TC＿R,TC＿Clr H,TC＿Clr La,TC＿Clr S,TC＿Clr Cr low,TC＿G,TC＿Clr I,TC＿Clr L,TC＿Clr Y is high.Compared with the two types,the color saturation of the tongue moss is high and the brightness is low.In terms of texture parameters of tongue moss,compared with the normal human group,the breast cancer liver depression sputum coagulation group and the qi and blood deficit group tongue lichen were more delicate than the normal human group.There was no significant difference between the three groups in terms of the thickness and thinness of the tongue.
