Objective: To explore the effect of home nursing based on We Chat platform on complications and growth and development of children with enterostomy. Methods: To collect the children who underwent enterostomy in the general surgery department of a class III children’s Hospital in Changsha,Hunan Province from May2019 to may 2021.64 children who met the acceptance criteria were selected by convenient sampling method. The children admitted to the first Department of general surgery are the experimental group(n=32),and the children admitted to the second Department of general surgery are the control group(n=32).The control group was given routine nursing care during hospitalization and discharge guidance at discharge. After discharge, telephone follow-up was used for continuous nursing; In addition to routine nursing and discharge guidance, the experimental group applied home nursing based on wechat platform after discharge. Before and 3 months after the intervention, the weight, height, head circumference of the children and the score of knowledge, belief and practice of stoma nursing knowledge of the caregivers were measured, and the complications of children with enterostomy were observed 3 months after the intervention. All data shall be established in the database of epidata3.0,and two persons shall check the input data. After the data is verified to be correct,IBM spss21.0 statistical software shall be used for statistics. For the measurement data,S-W method shall be used for normality test, and P>0.05 is considered to conform to the normal distribution. The measurement data conforming to normal distribution shall be described by means of mean ± standard deviation(? x±s),and the measurement data not conforming to normal distribution shall be described by means of median(interquartile range). When comparing the differences between groups,t-test or F-test was used for those who met the normal distribution; On the basis of statistically significant differences among the three groups and above,LSD method was used for comparison among the groups;Nonparametric test was used for those who did not conform to normal distribution. The counting data is expressed in n(%),and chi square test is used.P<0.05;the difference was statistically significant.Result:1.This study finally included 58 patients,30 patients in the control group, and 28 patients in the experimental group. There were no statistical differences in gender, etiology, age, location and size of stoma, age of patient’s family members, and education level of patient’s family members in the included general data after t test and chi-square test(P>0.05).2.Comparison of complications in children: the incidence of bleeding in the control group was 33.3%,the incidence of edema was 26.7%,the incidence of dermatitis was40.0%,the incidence of skin and mucous membrane separation was 13.3%,and the incidence of retraction was 13.3%.13.3%,the incidence of prolapse was 23.3%,and the incidence of necrosis was 3.6%.In the experimental group, the incidence of bleeding was 7.1%,the incidence of edema was 3.3%,the incidence of dermatitis was7.1%,the incidence of skin and mucous membrane separation was 3.6%,and the incidence of retraction, prolapse, and necrosis was 0%.The chi-square test was used to compare the rates, and the statistical analysis of each complication showed that the incidence of dermatitis, hemorrhage, edema, retraction, and prolapse in the two groups of children was higher in the control group than in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in skin and mucous membrane separation and necrosis(P>0.05).3.Comparison of children’s growth and development: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in terms of weight, height and head circumference(P>0.05).The 1-month,2-month,and3-month interventions were higher than the previous observation time point, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of caregivers’ knowledge, belief, behavior and scores of ostomy nursing knowledge: before intervention, there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in terms of oral awareness and complication nursing scores, ostomy product selection and use scores, and nutritional knowledge scores(P>0.05);after the intervention,in terms of knowledge, belief, and behavior, the oral awareness and complication nursing score, the ostomy product selection and use score, and the nutritional knowledge score, the experimental group and the control group were in the intervention group for 1 month and 2 months after the intervention.Compared with the previous observation time point, the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Correlation analysis between children’s caregivers’ knowledge, belief, and behavior scores of stoma nursing knowledge, children’s growth and development, and complications:After 3 months of intervention, the weight, height, and head circumference of the children in the experimental group and the control group were positively correlated with the scores of knowledge, belief, and behavior of caregivers on stoma nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Micro-platform-based home care can reduce the occurrence of complications such as dermatitis, bleeding, edema, retraction, and prolapse in children with colostomy.2.Micro-platform-based home care can improve the height, weight, and head circumference of children with colostomy, and promote the growth of children.
