Purpose:Based on the increasing number of patients with pulmonary nodules,in order to further clarify the factors affecting the size and number of pulmonary nodules,as well as the correlation between the size and number of pulmonary nodules and various factors, this study investigated and statistically analyzed the general situation, risk factors,TCM Constitution and TCM symptom group of patients with pulmonary nodules. To provide the basis of clinical investigation data for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodules,so as to improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine during the follow-up period.Materials and methods: Set up expert review group and questionnaire core group, preliminarily construct the questionnaire framework and formulate the questionnaire item pool.Delphi expert consultation method was used to screen the questionnaire items in turn and formulate the final questionnaire.Use wechat questionnaire star platform to import, distribute, summarize, screen and export the questionnaire. The data of the questionnaire results are analyzed. It is the counting data, which is described by frequency and percentage. The results were analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis and cross table chi square test with statistical spss24 software.Results:1.Three rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted in this study. The experts were highly motivated and authoritative. The Kendall coordination coefficients of the three rounds of expert consultation were all(P<0.05),the degree of coordination of expert opinions was good, and the results of expert consultation were credible. In addition to personal information such as gender, age, and occupation, the final questionnaire items included 6 dimensions and85 questions.A total of 253 valid questionnaires were collected in this study.2.Spearman correlation analysis,P>0.05 between the size of pulmonary nodules and general condition, contact history, and psychological state.P<0.05 between lung nodule size and cough, sleep, fever in the chest and back, and P>0.05 for the rest of the symptoms.P>0.05 between number of pulmonary nodules and general condition.P<0.05 between the number of pulmonary nodules and exposure to heating fuel, the rest were all > 0.05.P<0.05 between the number of pulmonary nodules and mental state and emotional depression, the others were all >0.05.P <0.05 between the number of pulmonary nodules and cough, the nature of cough, expectoration, cough spit foam, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, wheezing, dyspnea, abdominal distension, sleep, and the rest were all>0.05.P<0.05 among the size, number and constitution of pulmonary nodules.3.Cross-tabulation chi-square test results analysis,P<0.05 for pulmonary nodule size and chronic disease history in disease history.P<0.05 between number of pulmonary nodules and respiratory history.P<0.05 for the size, number and family history of pulmonary nodules, and all others > 0.05.Conclusion:1.Correlation analysis between pulmonary nodules and risk factors: Spearman correlation analysis between the size of pulmonary nodules and various variables, the results showed that the size of pulmonary nodules and general conditions, exposure history, psychological status No significant correlation.Exposure to heating fuel, depression and depression may be one of the risk factors affecting the number of lung nodules.History of chronic disease, respiratory history, and family genetic history may be one of the risk factors affecting the size and number of pulmonary nodules.2.Correlation analysis between pulmonary nodules and symptoms: There was a significant correlation between the size of pulmonary nodules and cough, sleep, and fever in the chest and back. There was a significant correlation between the number of pulmonary nodules and cough, cough nature, expectoration, sputum, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, wheezing, dyspnea, abdominal distention, and sleep.Due to the influence of a variety of uncontrollable factors,it is temporarily impossible to know the causal relationship between the size, number and symptoms of pulmonary nodules.Referring to the statistical results of the frequency of cough symptoms,87.75% of patients with pulmonary nodules have cough symptoms. The Spearman correlation coefficient between size and cough was 0.143,and the Spearman correlation coefficient between the number of pulmonary nodules and cough was 0.145.It can only be concluded from the side that cough symptoms may be a high-incidence symptom in patients with pulmonary nodules, and pulmonary nodules The larger the number, the more lung nodules, and the more likely it is to accompany cough symptoms. The size and number of pulmonary nodules may predispose the patient to sleep problems, and the number of pulmonary nodules may be associated with more symptoms to a certain extent than symptoms caused by the size of the pulmonary nodules.3.Correlation analysis between pulmonary nodules and constitution: Spearman correlation analysis between the size, number and constitution of pulmonary nodules,respectively,P=0.029<0.05,P=0.017<0.05.The size and number of lung nodules may cause the imbalance of yin and yang in the body and lead to other pathological products such as phlegm-dampness and blood stasis, thus affecting the change of physical constitution. The biased constitution is also more prone to cause disease than the peaceful constitution.4.Cross tabular chi square analysis between pulmonary nodule size, number and disease history:chronic history in disease history may affect pulmonary nodule size.Respiratory history may affect the number of nodules.Family genetic history may affect the size and number of pulmonary nodules.
