| Purpose:In this study,Qingyi Decoction combined with mirabilite external application was used to treat acute pancreatitis with peripancreatic effusion, and to observe the clinical efficacy of this method.Material and method:From September 2020 to September 2021,60 patients with acute pancreatitis and peripancreatic effusion who were admitted to the General Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to random numbers, they were divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment + oral administration of Qingyi Decoction(2 times/day,100ml/time),and the observation group was additionally given Glauber’s salt(500g)on the basis of the control group, externally applied twice a day,and10 days as an observation course. The curative effect, relief of abdominal pain and bloating, recovery of flatulence and bowel sounds, recovery of pancreatic enzymes, recovery of white blood cells and C-reactive protein,CT grade score, subsidence of peripancreatic effusion area, infection rate and severe development rate of the two groups were observed..The observation index data were recorded in detail, and SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of acute pancreatitis was 93.33% in the observation group and73.33% in the control group,p(27)0.05.Compared with the control group, the observation group significantly improved the curative effect of acute pancreatitis;Group 76.67%,p(27)0.05.Compared with the control group, the observation group can significantly promote the regression of peripancreatic effusion in acute pancreatitis.2.After treatment, the abdominal pain and abdominal distension scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,p(27)0.05.Compared with the control group, the observation group significantly improved abdominal pain, abdominal distension and other symptoms.3.The recovery time of serum amylase, urine amylase, lipase, leukocyte and C-reactive protein was significantly faster than that of the control group,p(27)0.05.Compared with the control group, the observation group significantly shortened the recovery time of pancreatic enzymes and inflammatory indexes.4.The recovery time of exhaust and bowel sounds was significantly faster in the observation group than in the control group,p(27)0.05.Compared with the control group, the observation group significantly shortened the recovery time of exhaust and bowel sounds.5.After treatment, the peripancreatic effusion area and CT grade of the two groups were compared. The peripancreatic effusion area in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group, and the CT grade in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,p(27)0.05.6.1 case in the observation group had secondary peripancreatic effusion infection, accounting for 3.33%;6 cases in the control group had secondary peripancreatic effusion infection, accounting for 20.00%;the severe development rate of the observation group was3.33%,and the severe development rate of the control group was 16.67%.The observation group was significantly better than the control group in reducing infection rate and severe development rate,p(27)0.05.Conclusion:1.Qingyi decoction combined with mirabilite external application can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of AP peripancreatic effusion.2.The external application of Qingyi Decoction combined with Glauber’s salt can significantly improve the symptoms of AP patients such as abdominal pain and abdominal distension;shorten the recovery time of physical signs, pancreatic enzymes and inflammatory indexes;reduce the infection rate and severe development rate.3.Qingyi Decoction combined with mirabilite external application can significantly reduce the amount of peripancreatic effusion and promote the subsidence of peripancreatic effusion, which is worthy of clinical application. |
