| Purpose: By observing the clinical efficacy of Mirabilite external application on inflammatory external hemorrhoids caused by damp-heat downward injection,to evaluate the application value of Mirabilite external application in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids caused by damp-heat downward injection.Material and method:Sixty-six patients with a clinical diagnosis of inflammatory external hemorrhoids caused by damp-heat downward injection were selected and randomly divided into Treatment Group(N = 33)and Control Group(N = 33).The control group was treated with Xiaofansan fumigation and washing combined with the yarn sliver of Mayinglong Musk hemorrhoid cream external application,the treatment group was treated with Mirabilite external application on the basis of the control group`s treatment.In both groups,the medication was given twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,7days as a course of treatment.By observing and recording the changes of symptoms and signs(Edema,pain and falling sensation of Anus)on the 1st,4th,and 7th days of medication and the overall efficacy after one course of treatment(7 days)according to the proposed quantitative scoring criteria,to get a statistical analysis and come to a conclusion.Results:Before treatment,the general condition(gender,age,course of disease)and the scores of edema,pain and falling sensation of anus in the two groups were analyzed.The result of statistical comparison was not significant(P>0.05),showed that there was comparability between the two groups.The specific research results are as follows:1.The edematous scores of the two groups on the 1st,4th and 7th day were statistically significant(P<0.05 on the 1st and 4th day,P<0.01 on the 7th day).The treatment group was better than the control group in eliminating the edema.2.The comparison of the pain scores of the two groups on the 1st,4th,and 7th days of medication was significant different(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in relieving pain.3.There was significant difference between the two groups in the score of the falling sensation of anus on the 1st,4th,and 7th days of medication(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the anal falling sensation.4.After one course of treatment(7 days),there was a significant difference of the overall efficacy(P<0.05).between the two groups,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.The external application of Mirabilite can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms such as local edema,pain and falling sensation of anus in patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids of damp-heat type,especially in eliminating edema.2.Mirabilite external application in treating inflammatory external hemorrhoids of damp-heat down-flow type has quick onset and satisfactory clinical effect.No toxic side effects or adverse reactions have been found in clinical observation,and the medication is safe.Because the drug used is white,does not pollute the clothes,has no peculiar smell,and is easy to accept,so it is worth the clinical promotion. |
