| Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),in order to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Material and method:Sixty postoperative patients with endometrial polyps(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2020 to may 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and experimental group(n = 30).Within 3 months after operation, the control group was treated with Xiangling pill and didroxyprogesterone tablets. The patients began to take Xiangling pill after hysteroscopy, and didroxyprogesterone tablets were added on the10 th day after hysteroscopy and the 15 th day of the next menstrual cycle. The scores of transvaginal ultrasonography,TCM syndrome, self rating Anxiety Scale and the recurrence rate of polyps after 6 months were observed and recorded before hysteroscopy,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment, and analyzed and compared with statistical software.Results:1.Baseline comparison: the age, course of disease, previous uterine surgery history, preoperative transvaginal ultrasound score,TCM syndrome score and self rating Anxiety Scale score of the two groups were comparable by statistical analysis(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of transvaginal ultrasound scores: after 3 months of treatment and 6 months after treatment, the transvaginal ultrasound scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before hysteroscopy(P <0.01);Six months after treatment, there was significant difference in vaginal ultrasound scores between the two groups(P <0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: after 3 months of treatment and 6 months after the end of treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups were significantly lower than that before hysteroscopy(p <0.01).After 3 months of treatment and 6 months after treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the test group were lower than those in the control group(p <0.05).4.Comparison of self rating Anxiety Scale scores: after 3 months of treatment and 6 months after treatment, the scores of self rating Anxiety Scale in the two groups were significantly lower than those before hysteroscopy(P <0.01).After 3 months of treatment and 6 months after the end of treatment, the scores of self rating Anxiety Scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.01).5.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome: three months after treatment, both groups had certain curative effect, but the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was more prominent(P < 0.05).6.Comparison of recurrence rate of endometrial polyps: Six months after treatment, the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).7.Safety analysis: there was no drug allergy in the two groups during the treatment, and there was no abnormality before and after acupuncture.Conclusion:1.Pressing needle combined with medicine and simple medicine are effective in the prevention and treatment of postoperative patients with endometrial polyps(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). Both groups of treatment can reduce the scores of transvaginal ultrasound,TCM syndrome and self rating Anxiety Scale.2.Pressing needle combined with drugs has more prominent and lasting effect in improving the symptoms and anxiety of patients with endometrial polyps(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),improving the efficiency of TCM syndrome, and reducing the score of transvaginal ultrasound, and the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps.3.Pressing needle combined with medicine in the treatment of postoperative patients with endometrial polyps(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)has no obvious adverse reactions and is safe, which provides a new idea for reducing and preventing recurrence after EP.Due to the small number of cases included in this study and insufficient follow-up time. |
